Had a great experience at Best impression dental. All of the staff were very nice and personable from the reception, hygienist, and dentist interaction. They personalized my experience based on my current medical situation, knew very well what my insurance would cover and explained thoroughly a future service to be completed for my next visit and what my out-of-pocket expenses would be. It was also cool they took photos of your teeth on top of x-rays so you can really see how your teeth look up close. Would definitely recommend anyone in the area looking for a positive dental experience!

My son had an amazing visit! As you walk in, they make you feel very welcome and they are so friendly and professional. They all made my 9 year old son very comfortable and even let him watch Netflix as they worked on his teeth. The Dr. also cam in and spoke to him, and shared on how important it is to brush his teeth. We were very happy and pleased with the whole office. We already scheduled my son’s follow up!

I had recently moved into the area and wanted to establish care close to home for my daughter and I. We had gone to the previous dentist for 10 years and really trusted them with our teeth. Had my first appointment at Best Impression Dental and it was amazing! The receptionist was so friendly, prepared and informative, the hygienist Morgan was gentle, reassuring and communicative and Dr Burton was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is welcoming, kind, professional and so very positive. They let you know ahead of time what to expect out of pocket. I truly appreciated my experience, my family will be continuing our care with Best Impression.

The office and staff create a very fun and relaxing atmosphere that is hard to find anywhere else. Dr.Burton is so kind and explains everything really clearly. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy their job and is happy to see their patients… this is the Chic-fil-a of dental offices!

We loved our last dentist so much we weren't sure we'd find one here. But we found it here! Thank you so much Dr. Burton. Everyone was amazing. Our 3 year old son had the best first dental experience and I was treated with a filling in the SAME DAY as diagnosed. Thank you all so much I'd also like to add that our now 4 and a half year old son had his first cavity and had to get a filling. As his mom I was nervous for him just because I've been through plenty of them and can be quite loud. But the Dr. Alicia said he did fantastic and he came out happy as a clam! No screaming or crying!! Thank you all again!

My hygienist, Kelley, was very kind and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! She was gentle but also got the job done very well!

After having a very bad experience at a different dentists office I didn't go for a couple years out of fear. The entire staff here was very nice and accommodating, constantly checking in and making sure I was comfortable. I had an amazing experience here and will definitely be recommending it to others!

First visit at this practice though I knew Morgan the Hygienist from a previous practice. She is terrific. Gentle, thorough and tactful. Explained everything during my cleaning and answered my questions well. I met Dr. Burton. I was very impressed. I had two cavities in need of treatment one of which was at the base of a crown. She felt confident that it could be filled without removal and replacement of the crown, an expensive procedure. A lesser practitioner may have went for replacement, a much more profitable endeavor. Went for my follow up cleaning. Brief wait before ushered back. Great staff!

This was an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. The building exterior, entrance, and waiting room is maintained well, clean, with an eye on the public’s comfort. The front staff, and the technicians all where warm, comforting, professional with and eye for my comfort and concerns that seemed genuine. I fell right into a relaxed state of being. Dr. Burton’s compassion for patient care is genuine. She moved with care and precision all the while keeping a relaxed environment which eased my anxiety. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs… well done to all of you at Best Impressions!!!

This place is redeeming my experience with dental offices. All of the staff are friendly and worked at making me feel valued and comfortable. The dentist and her assistant were both very friendly and honest about my wants and needs. There was no pressure to get services I didn’t want. I highly recommend them!!!

Disappointed in my experience this time after previously being satisfied. My dental hygienist was excellent as always. However, it wasn't until I was already in the chair when I was informed the dentist was not in the office that day. When I started asking questions, the office manager appeared and stated "many people don't care whether the dentist is there or not." I tried to explain my insurance covers two visits a year with cleaning, x-rays and examination by the dentist. She seemed surprised I was bothered by this and even stated that I wouldn't be charged. When I responded that I am charged every month by paying my insurance premium for this service, she seemed confused. I imagine everyone who is paying into dental insurance expects a visit by the dentist who has training, education and experience far beyond that of a dental hygienist. Moreover, I had called around 10 days earlier with concern that my biannual appointments were continually moving to the right on the calendar. It was only when I called that the same office manager stated she was glad I called because I would have to be rescheduled. The reason she gave was because the dentist was out of the office on the day of my original appointment in early May. It made me wonder if/when I would have been informed at all. Yet, after changing my appointment to April 21, the very reason why I was told to reschedule (dentist not in the office) actually happened without me being informed ahead of time. This seems very strange since I get inundated with messages via email, text and phone calls starting several days prior to my appointment. In addition, the office makes it very clear in these messages that failure to notify them of appointment changes later than two full BUSINESS DAYS will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. Clearly, they make no attempt to honor that rule on their end.

AMAZING! Best impressions is an amazing practice. Everyone there is very kind and understanding. They have helped my 7 year old get over her fear of the dentist. They helped her feel more comfortable and were also very understanding and accommodating to things that originally made it difficult to attend appointments. We have moved our whole family to best impressions and couldn't be happier with both the quality of their work and the hospitality.

This office is clean, modern and seems to have really thought of the client in its design- from TVs for each chair, privacy between chairs, easy scheduling in office, text communication for rescheduling and reminders, and clear treatment plans with upfront pricing. I have historically never been a big fan of the dentist but the staff have been amazing for the 2+ years I have worked with them, take time to answer all my questions and have always made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this office!

This was my first visit here. I was highly satisfied and glad I made the switch. My hygienist was Sandra. She was very nice and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The office had all the latest equipment and technology. All staff were very kind.

I followed Dr. Burton from a previous dental facility that I had gone to for years. She is amazing and I wanted to continue under her treatment. Brand new building, amazing staff, clean, timely, professional, kind, would definitely recommend.

Best Impression Dental of Medical Lake was impressive for me. Upon arrival and sensing my uneasiness Heather was kind and truely caring. I liked her a lot. Dr. Burton was exceptional. Even as she numbed me she was gentle, kind and considerate. I have had pretty grueling experiences with dental work in fact this was my last with having 8 teeth removed. It was done in under an hour and I never felt pain, I never felt pressure or uncomfortable. Hurray for a well ran dental office. It was truely a first for me.

I love my hygienist why? Because she has my best interests when it comes to sensitive areas, she heats the spray water too. She is my amazing hygienist.

Amazing first experience here today. I came in for a consultation for a broken tooth, and was pleasantly surprised to have it fixed that same day! Beautiful and clean office. Dr. Burton and the assistants were all extremely kind, gentle, understanding, and informative. I watched Netflix during the procedure and felt zero pain! Super quick and easy check out process with awesome front desk staff. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Once again we had a wonderful visit at Best Impression. After relocating across the country during the pandemic last year we had difficulty establishing with a new dental office. When our trip was planned to visit Medical Lake, I reached out and was able to get us on the schedule for a visit. We were welcomed with kind faces who made us feel as though we never left. I will continue to recommend this wonderful office to anyone who will listen. The entire staff is amazing.

Every single person at the office is so kind, caring and so fun! They always listen to your concerns and address them and discuss treatment plan options with you if there’s any problems so you can decide what best works for you! I always look forward to my appointments!

I really enjoyed going here. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I had a thorough cleaning and so impressed with the knowledge of the hygienist! She showed me everything on the tv screen and explained different parts of my teeth. The dentist was so friendly, nice and put me at ease! At a time in my life that I was ready to have all my teeth pulled and get dentures, Dr. Alicia Burton talked me down and convinced me that Best Impression could fix them. She was right!!! Not only did they fix them, I now feel like my teeth are healthy, my gums are healing, and they gave me back the confidence in my smile!!! All of the staff there make me feel like family.
