6 months in, they won't honor their word. That's right, Only 40k miles on a car I bought with them having transmission problems. When I bought my vehicle from them, I have it written down from one of their sales staff that I wanted a warrenty with the vehicle. It was important to me to get it with the price tag on the car. Apparently, they slipped in the stacks of paperwork I signed that I waived said warrenty, regardless of what I had written down with their staff when i was hashing out the price of the vehicle. And here I was about to bring my fiance to purchase another vehicle with them.

Josh Taylor helped me get into a 2009 Ford Edge with poor credit and no down. My payments are affordable and I now have a reliable vehicle for work! Best car buying experience I have ever had!

These guys are amazing! I've been to a lot of car lots in the spokane area and the valley and I'd highly recommend coming here first. So many cars to look at and the salesmen are very helpful and aren't out to scam you, they are genuine and will sit down with you for as long as it takes to find the best deal. I can’t say a single positive thing about this place. If you are a woman, do not go here!! My fiancé and I went in to purchase a car and when it came time for paperwork, the salesman helping us completely disregarded me and was addressing my my fiancé the whole time as if I didn’t exist. This was unfortunate considering I was the one wanting to purchase the car. It felt extremely sexist, unprofessional and rude. The salesman also knew NOTHING about cars. If this wasn’t bad enough, the car that they guaranteed was in good condition started overheating when we drove it off the lot and the salesman had no idea why. When we spoke to them about the issues they were disrespectful as well. Extremely disappointing service.

Igor, is one of the sales man at the Ruby location and he worked with me the moment I walked into the store. He is absolutely kind, compassionate, informative, and honest. He is the only gentleman I would ever want to work with. At times, I have been a very difficult person to work with but he was compassionate and I apologize for the trouble I had caused at that moment and time. Bought our 5th car from Auto Credit. Be sure to have paperwork, like proof of income, references (5), titles for trade-in... AND $$ for a good down payment. The more down, the better off! Tax Refund money is a great idea! Love our "new to us" SUV!!

They told me in text and on phone they could help me get into car little or no down had me come in just to tell me on a 3995.00 car I had to have 1000 down big waste of my time .

If I could give 0 I would. First off I explained to them I was in a car accident with my son and a victim of ID theft so I didn’t need a car but would like one and to feel safe in a car with kiddo due my accident and I don’t want to run my credit too many times. I literally woke up Monday with emails about my credit being pulled it was a total of 5 times. I was dismissed about my credit being pulled many times, I called and told them again about my credit the guy on the phone literally said “oh my god” “you don’t understand how this works” I was lied too about my credit being pulled and lied too about what bank it w as through.(3 different answer by 3 different people and two were managers) I told them no and they continued anyway. I contacted the bank and they told me completely different terms then what I agreed upon and they(dealership) kept lying about the terms as well. I literally pulled out paperwork and quoted there paperwork and they refused to accept that what they were doing was shady, conniving, misleading, and downright wrong and they continued to lie to me long enough to get things changed around so it would match my paperwork. Poor miscommunication and a bunch of stuck up snobs who think they know everything. If you try to talk with them they will tell you no and basically say not there problem on and go away. They will drag whatever issue you have with them out long enough for you to get annoyed and let it go. Do not buy cars here, if I could have stopped my self and gone else where... I absolutely would have.

Sales man was very nice. That being said he did break the taillight on my truck. Took 30days and multiple calls to get them to replace them. Now they claim they mailed out licenses plates to me yet can't provide any proof of it. 7 days later plates still have not arrived and they blame usps. I find it funny I have been receiving packages all week yet there's hasn't made it. Would not recommend shopping here to anyone. No accountability and over all poor customer service.

Called his attached number and he refused to let me speak to a supervisor saying I had the wrong number. I will be filing a complaint and.calling the police on 3/9/2020. For the record, I do not work for either places this email is for. I created it for important emails regarding past trauma.

If you get a car here be prepared to fix or replace something with in the first 2 weeks to a month. They won't stand behind the cars they sell either. 2 weeks after I get my vehicle found that the cylinders were misfiring. Went to speak with the dealership and mechanic said no worries well take care of it. So when I dropped it off I expected that. Next thing I know they wanna charge me for a PRE-EXISTING issue. The check engine light comes and goes so it was more than likely cleared. Because after I found out what it was I cleared it and it didn't go off for a bit. Last dealership I dealt with they fixed the issues that happened to it. Sorry but when I am paying 14,000 for a vehicle I shouldn't have issues pop up 2 weeks after I get it.

They tried to sell my sister a car for $9000 but is only worth around $6000. Then one of the guys had the audacity to tell her she needs to pay off her credit and start being an adult and take care of her responsibilities. Not professional at all.

They pretty much sold my wife a lemon, and are charging her to find out what's wrong with it. I'm thinking we should contact the BBB.

Great experience. We initially went home with a vehicle that, after further inspection the following day (in the light of day) turned out to not be up to par with our expectations. They told us to bring the vehicle back and we ultimately went took a vehicle home that suited our needs perfectly! Igor was a great salesperson to deal with. He is the opposite of lazy! Very friendly, helpful and honest. Went above and beyond! Igor, you are a credit to the used car salesman profession! The manager, Kyle was very great to deal with and helped make our experience a good one. Adrian made sure our financing option was the best it could be. Was not happy with my appraisal for my car. Obviously the young sales representative there was just trying to get a huge commission sale. Thanks for not even looking at my car, it's an older vehicle and still has less miles than most of your vehicles on your lot. 1500 dollars is a joke, my vehicle is worth alot more than that. Someone should teach the teenage sales representative how to actually do business. There should be an option for zero stars. Do not go here they are worse than a scam call!!! I have never experienced something so horrendous. I have an appointment with a representative and walked in not knowing who I was going to see. The person that greeted me was nice at first, but had a hard time being able to explain anything to me and seemed as though I just Wanted to make the sale and have me sign anything that he could. He proceeded to stare at my chest repeatedly got to the point where I was so uncomfortable I had a shawl I kept covering myself. When it came to negotiating he kept giving me attitude and would hardly explain anything to me. I had one salesman come to me telling me that I was being hard on him, and I’m not someone who is hard on anyone. I wasn’t about to buy a car and finance something as a single parent that had paint damage severe paint damage. Another salesman noticed that the guy I was working with was having a difficult time with me so he offered to switch customers. Once he started working with me he was somewhat more pleasant but definitely trying to make me feel like an idiot. I would have to say as a woman I don’t honestly experience that much sexism until today. I am not somebody normally who would ever complain about something like that but I have never been treated so poorly as a woman. I may be stubborn and what I want but the car had issues , And had garbage on the inside needing a detail job terribly, that I was willing to take if they lowered the price to something more reasonable, When they did not want to take that and recognize it they proceeded to tell me that that car was probably going to be lowered in price later but six months from now. As a salesman you create urgency I get that but if you want to sell you want to sale. I will never suggest that place and never go back. I walked out crying and with a headache from the stress.

This was my first time buying a used vehicle and they sold us a trade in truck that wasn't properly inspected. The lower ball joint completely fell off when I was driving down the highway. We knew the brake pads and steering needed to be fix and they didn't note that or fix it. The manager told me I should have called them before we fixed it, but I refused because their mechanics are incompetent. Never buying used again.

I just bought a car from Adrian and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. It was fast, easy, and I didn't feel like I was getting pushed into a car I didn't really want or need. He found the perfect car for me and a deal I could live with. Then, by the time we sat down to sign the paperwork they gave me more than I was asking for on the trade in (even though it wasn't running), and cut what I thought was going to be the monthly payment by 50 bucks! All of this while we had a 5 month old with us. Would highly recommend them to anyone for any kind of car.

I gotta say that it was some of the most rude and slow service I've ever seen. Mike was a pleasure but he's the only one acting like he was there because he wants to work there. Frankly if they got their act together and learned to treat people respectfully then they'd do well. As now though- wouldn't recommend unless you just want to be abused over buying a car. NO SALE

Only one or 50 things wrong, the car I was able to get has more problems then I can afford to fix with a 250$ car payment every month plus my insurance is more than that, my passenger side leaks water inside from glove box area, I will not be recommending anyone here unless they give me new car or fix this one completely.?

My experience here was a roller-coaster that ended in the best way i baught my car and un knowing the radiator and radio was shot i got upset as any else would but honestly i shouldnt have they went abovr and beyond and got me a new radiator and radio free of charge my radio they even replaced twice i cant express enough how amazing the sales team and service department is i highly recommend this dealership

I’d give Higher but the service side is ruining it. The sales was great Donovan did an amazing job. I bought a Volvo which needed a new strut and drivers side and passenger side mirror. I bought the vehicle mid April, and scheduled the service apt May 3rd to have everything taken care of as that was included in the sale. In this time apparently it was never thought to order my mirrors or the glass. I keep calling back not and I feel like I’m being given the run around for my mirrors. This is a safety issue and it’s starting to piss me off.

I have to say that my experience auto credit sales was excellent. I purchased a truck and there was a couple minor things that needed to be fixed Kyle the sales manager got right on it and fixed a couple little issues that I had he made it happen. Cody the mechanic at Auto credit sales is a boss. He scheduled me an appointment got me in and out in one day and made me feel completely satisfied I'm happy to say that I bought a a truck from a credit auto sales these are people you can trust!

These dudes are very condescending towards women who enter their place of business alone and not sure what they want...bullied my fiance telling her she should get a minivan because she has multiple kids. Then told her to maybe slow down on having kids. She called me and I showed up immediately ...to my surprise these little beta males came right to my face and tried to be as respectful as possible knowing my fiance called me and I quickly showed up. Tried to back track all that they had told her .....even going as far as saying they were just joking about the comments made concerning having kids ....told both salesmen there won't be words next time insulting my fiance and attempting to judge her personal life when these dudes are nobodies but low life car salesmen who constantly get a bad rep for being a terrible place of business ....ps have a great day

Me and my wife bought a suv through them and they said they would fix problems on car i noticed durring test drive and they kept the car for two weeks to "work" on it. Went to go get the car everything seemed fine untill we hit I90 and all the problems came back. They sell junk and lie do not buy from them id i could give 0 stars i would

The lowest of the low. For a car they had listed for $5,000 after all fees, oxorbanant interest and extra charges the final cost was upwards of $10,000. Some of the charges I never signed off on, because why wouldn't I want to increase the cost of an already criminally overpriced 2009 FORD Focus purchased in febuary of 2021? As the result of back surgery years ago I have stuggled to improve my credit and its thieves like Auto Credit Sales that continue the disgusting habit of taking advantage of those who often work the hardest or have had some scenario, to no fault of their own, used as a means to bleed every penny they can from someone that simply wanted to buy their first car.

Been in the market for a truck for a few months. Walked into a handful of dealers but they all give me weird looks and act as if i came in with some contagious disease once they take one look at my credit. Not David, he saw my credit and in a positive manner said he would have no problem putting me in a truck of my liking. I was skeptical but he delivered. After chosing a truck and a couple pf phone calls he was able to put me into the truck id been looking for. Will come back to this lot next time im in the market for another vehicle.

I bought a 2009 Acura RDX and from start to finish, I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Auto Credit North. I was treated with respect, and not pressured at all into something I didn't want. Financing was easy, and they made sure I got a payment plan I could afford. I have had two experiences with this uh…business. The first time I went in (2-3 years ago)they pulled my credit (obviously) but not based off of any scoring system I am familiar with. The score they showed me was 180 points below what Transunion/Equifax/Experian said. Which resulted in them asking for an inordinate amount of money down. I opted not to buy. My second visit was just a year or so later, and it was actually more disrespectful and downright shady than the original interaction. The only reason I even went back was new building, and the guy from their original commercials was gone, and thank God for that because I’ve never wanted to injure myself more than when those cringetastic commercials came on. So I go in, specify that I absolutely have no intention of buying a car that day, I just wanted to get a chance to look around and see what it would take. It did not go down that way. I came in a few minutes behind a friend who waited at a different table, and I was approached pretty quickly. Points there. But that’s the only positive. Despite my repeated insistence that I did not want to buy a car that day, the salesman (Donovan) was so pushy I left as soon as I could get away from him. Pushy doesn’t describe it, bullying comes closer. During the test drive he refused to wear a mask (this was early 2020) and went on about how Covid isn’t real, in addition to not letting me drive enough miles to see if the check-engine light would come on. Huge red flags. (The car had less than an 8th of a tank of gas. I couldn’t have even driven it enough miles.) I ended up leaving, telling him I didn’t have the cash on hand despite his insistence that I buy the car before someone else does (because even though I said I did not want to buy a car that day it was important that he make the sale, not observe what I was looking for as customer) and as I was leaving he shouted out the door that I should bring more money next time, and the friend that came with me observed him talking disparingly about me and the rest of the “poor” that come in looking for cars (I didn’t hear this part, it was relayed to me later). I ended up driving up the street (won’t say where, I’m not here to make someone else look good), finding a car that was 1 year newer than 20k miles less for $2300 less than what Auto Credit was trying to force me into, and they held it for a week while I decided. Oh and it came with a full tank of gas. I leave very few reviews. I ONLY left this one because despite unsubscribing from their email list 3 times, and calling twice, I’m still getting their emails. I got one today. And here I am. This review is for informational purposes only. I do not check the email linked to this account, and I’m not looking to open a dialogue with these…people. But if even one person reads this, and goes somewhere else, I’ll be happy.

Purchased a vehicle. No check engine light. 3 days later check engine light appears. Have it checked out. Was told the light has been reset and 3k worth of repairs needed to the vehicle. These repairs needed, could not have happened over night. BE VERY CAREFUL.

i went at 8:00 PM, no one was there! bad service and bad people work here 😠. i tried to open the doors but no one answered. i say “let me in” no one say. i think they locked me out. they won’t let me drive the cars either? i also saw a guy called josh smoking crack in my car. MY CAR. i hate this bad peple!

We worked with Josh and he was fantastic! I was skeptical going in because I’d already had a terrible experience with another salesman at the same lot. My husband was skeptical because he’s a mechanic and is skeptical of used cars in general but especially from “bargain lots”. Josh was absolutely no pressure and very patient helping find a vehicle I loved in the price range I wanted. He even offered helpful advice on finding better insurance rates. All around great guy and fantastic experience. Definitely recommend working with him if you are looking to upgrade.

Experience with car purchase from JOSH TAYLOR was terrible he promised to fix what was wrong on vehicle before it was picked up and never did. He screwed a single mom with two young children. The vehicle should have been crushed not sold. I would recommend that anyone who is wanting to buy a used car DO NOT GO TO AUTO CREDIT. And the one star is only because I had to mark something to do a review.

I have been wanting to finance a car for a while now knowing very little about what to do or where to go. I decided to take my chances at auto credit sales north and I was fortunate enough to run into Josh. He thoroughly explained the whole process and was very adamant on me finding the car I want. He was very patient and helpful through the whole process and although I have low credit and have never financed before he managed to get me into a 2013 mazda 6. I love the car and would recommend anybody to auto credit sales and definitely josh specifically.

Father traded for a Ford Explorer two-tone, grey and blue two-tone. It had a stripped bolt on the radiator hose, held in with putty which eventually gave out. Ford overheated and died on Christmas eve, of all times. We'd been planning to spend Christmas at a family friend's house.. The same day we got the Explorer, I was trying to ask the guy about a black Trans-Am they had in the back. I'd sat in it, my brother jumped through the window, kicked back and I felt the need for that vehicle. The man refused to speak to me at all. They screwed with my family. They robbed us; they denied my brother and myself the road trip we'd been half-planning. They ruined our Christmas! This was many moons ago, so I hope none of the employees at the time are still working there. Do NOT deal with these evil people.

Bought a 2010 dodge dakota w 60k miles on it. I put 300 miles on it and the throttle stuck wide open. Hit 2 other cars and totaled it. This happened 15 days after i payed for it. I called and asked what could be done about this problem. They basically told me to f off these people only care about the bottom line. Customers mean nothing and they will screw you any chance they get. I strongly suggest you stay completely away from these people.

This place was awesome directing me in what car would best fit my life style. But Josh Taylor the sales men is priceless. By far the worst experience ever lost 6grand to them down the drain cause they failed to give me a safe and adequate vehicle. The replacement vehicle was incomplete and not much better. they lied and told me a final price that turned out to be just a down payment. I provide for three little girls I couldn't afford to take on payments as is but I had no choice my daily driver blew up and I am the sole provider, now I'm barely scrapping by and my kids are suffering because I got conned. Thank god my family has a great lawyer

They have a coupon on their website but they basically ignored me when I told them I had it.

THEY STOLE $2,000 from me and my wife. We bought a 2010 dodge ram 1500 it was priced at $12,000 and he said he could come down to $10,9 then proceeded to say we needed a $2,000 cash down payment which we had then we got it all set up at the bank got the loan and the loan comes to $12,000 not the $10,9 minus the $2,000 down payment we had agreed upon. They are thieves and liers do not buy from them.

I had a horrible experience with Auto Credit. We went in we were approved on credit we put money down on a vehicle on the promise that they would hold it for us for a couple of days when we went in to pick up the vehicle before we showed up they had called us and informed us that they sold the vehicle to someone else and then refused to give us our money back and threatened my girlfriend and intimidated her. If your female I would not go in there by yourself they made me feel very intimidated and threatened and one of them was very inappropriate with me giving sexual comments towards me behind My Boyfriend's Back.

This is not a dealership that keeps their customers happy even though that is what their motto is. They sold me a car that used and burned oil more than it does gas and they knew about it but let me drive off anyway and that was a year ago I've babied this car and taken care of it even to have gaskets fixed thinking it would maybe fix the problem but me not knowing that they had sold me a car that the engine was not going to last long due to the oil problemI've come back as a repeat customer for them to help me get into a different car but lo and behold I never knew I would be treated so disrespectfully they were cold unkind and basically wanted me off their lot to never see me again I had even gone to another lot they had lot two to discuss the problem that I had with the salesman at the other North car lot nobody would listen to me about the problem that I've had with the oil s becausethey already knew the problem. I thought auto credit lot one and two three and four was a pretty good place to purchase a vehicle I'm warning you make sure you do a pre-trip you get the Carfax you check out the car for yourself do a great test drive or don't go there and buy a car at all they'll hide whatever they can about a car for your purchase or if you're a repeat customer please don't think it'll be all good worst experience I've ever had in my life and it never should have been that way or ended up this way the one thing the car salesman told me and I'll call him Andy after the fact well you should research your cars before you buy them I shouldn't have to I trusted you as my salesman to get me into a decent car no thanks to Auto Credit beware

Salesperson worked diligently to make sure the car I ended up with, was exactly what I asked for and needed. He showed me several vehicles, until he knew without a doubt, that I would be pleased with his knowledge and ability to understand which vehicle would be sufficient for my families needs. Mike's manager, Tom was kind, courteous, and patient as well. They followed through with everything they said they were going to do, and beyond. Thank you for a pleasant car-buying experience.

Cars are overpriced and they rob you on your trade in. If you buy a car here you will have to purchase "gap insurance" it's an insurance that will cover you in the event your car gets totalled. Your insurance will pay the retail value of your car but because you paid over retail, you buy Gap insurance to cover the balance. If you pay off your car or trade it in before the time of your loan ends, you are entitled to a refund of the balance of the Gap insurance. An example of this is that I bought a car for $6900. My Gap cost $700 for 72 months. I paid it off in 24 months. So I had a $500 refund due. I did everything the contract said to do. That was to contact Auto Credit in writing. Not once but 3 times. To only be ignored. So I contacted BBB and even though it still took a bunch of BS I finally got my refund almost 3 months later. You could tell that not many people request a refund because they weren't very knowledgeable as to how to do it. Just think of all they make off of that alone.

I went here to see about getting a car, and eventually getting into a nice SUV. The sales man Dave (two dog) was great and helped us out incredibly. We left with a nice car and an excellent experience! Thank you Dave for making a difficult situation, turn out so well. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get a nice car/SUV/truck. Don't forget to ask for Dave.

I took my daughter to the dealership to pick up her car today and started talking to a salesman named Dave. I told him I was thinking about checking them out for a car.. But was hesitant because my daughter had bought a car from them and it stopped on her twice already. Even though they did picked it up and repaired it for her.. Dave was so nice I decided to talk to him telling him what I was looking for. I looked at jeeps which were out of my price range😞. He showed me cars I told him that I did not want to be that low to the ground. So he said I think I have something you're gonna like. Dave showed me a Nice 2008 Dodge Caliber it looked like new so I took it for a spin.. Came back and wanted it, I used my 96 jeep as a trade in got the amount I wanted for it! Met another salesmen name Darren, who was very friendly he kept my daughter my grandson and I entertained while Dave was getting the deal together... After all that I walked out the door with no money down!!!!!! and my payments are less than want I thought I'd have to pay!!!! What a wonderful early Christmas present to me!
