Great prices and they're willing to bargain. It's very clean unlike a few of the other pawns I recently visited. Brandon helped me when I purchased my new tools and it turns out he is the assistant manager. I'm not used to that kind of service and that is a big plus! Keep up the great work!

I love this store! The manager Tawni is so sweet. She does what she can to help and goes above and beyond!! I’ve bought so much jewelry from her it’s always an amazing deal!!!! If you’re in a tight spot she will do whatever she can to help. Her whole crew is pretty awesome!

Had a great opportunity to experience this little Gem from the State of Idaho. At first there were a few things that struck me as a sales men through and through. But once we talked about state laws to confirm the vendor was quite willing to work with a couple points of research to confirm here say in regards to state laws. It is a breath of fresh air though when someone can admit when they just ‘heard’ something and are willing to validate the reality of regulations with just a couple more minutes of research. Thanks Tyler for a good day in shopping g to find the right tools for my job and I appreciate setting me up with the extra added warranty for piece of mind.

Love this shop! All employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Went in looking for TVs and was helped by Tyler. He was very nice and answered all of my questions! This is my new favorite pawn shop! Keep up the good work guys!!

First time in Pawn1 walking in no one would greet you or ask if I needed help. But this time going in a girl named Elica was waiting with a smile to greet me and ask if I needed anything. Always inviting when I am directed right to what I was looking for. As she was helping me she also made sure my wife saw any ring she wanted. My wife and I were impressed with her customer service. Brandon was also very helpful. Seems like pawn1 finally has good people working for them!

The 4TH ST location is by far the worse Pawn shop I've ever been to. I've never seen customer service so bad before... now to what happened. I go in to extend my loan on the very last day of course because I almost forgot. I found out the hard way that I lost my license but had a picture of front and back which I just renewed last month so it definitely looked like me. I was told I could not renew my 30$ loan because the picture wouldn't count as valid ID. after an altercation with the adsociate I asked to speak to a manager at which point the guy said he was the manager and then later backtracked when I asked who was above him and finally admitted he was not the manager at all. After a 30 minute argument about paying this loan and extending it, not getting it out or anything just simply extending. I was finally able to do it after going to my car and getting an expired driving PERMIT from 2013! My my up-to-date drivers license photo wasn't valid. At one point I was told that they did not have to let me renew it. On top of it all he refused to give me the managers name, his own name and a complaint, and throughout the entire thing kept repeatedly saying "I don't get why you want to talk to a manager." It was overall one of the worst experiences I've had with a person being payed to do a service. Really hope more training is put in place for that associate and save your time and sanity... go to a different Pawn shop.

I have never had anything less than stellar customer service with any of the employees here. Tyler is my go to, as he is friendly, upbeat and despite any situation, helps me out and puts a smile on my face while doing it. Brandon, the manager, knows exactly what he is doing with anything you dump on him, and he is fair in pricing and negotiating. This branch is amazing!!

Awesome customer service! They make an embarrassing situation so easy and uncomplicated! They’re patient with my questions and help you understand the loan process! Tawney the manager was beyond helpful! Definitely have my vote for the best pawn shop around!

I have never been to a pawn shop that actually cared about their customers. Living in Nevada they just look at you like you’re just another number but Pawn 1 has always gone out of their way to help my family and when I came to visit they hooked me up with a great deal on a PS4, games extra controller! All for les than just a new system!! Thanks Tyler and Bomber? For the great help!!

I went in to Pawn 1 to pawn my girlfriends old engagement ring and purchase some power tools. They gave us a pretty fair valuation on the ring given that it had not been professionally appraised and rings generally have a poor resale value, so we were happy with what we got. I was looking for a specific tool and Christian was able to help me track down what I was looking for at another one of their stores. Overall, I was happy with my experience. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

This pawn 1 has the absolute best manager. She was friendly over the phone and helped with the purchase of my horse trailer. Amazing customer service.
