My experience from start to finish was amazing. When they say they can work miracles even if you have bad credit, they are not lying. My credit score is under 500. And they got me approved. And I was able to get a small SUV like I was looking for. Marco was a great sales rep. He made me feel very comfortable, like I knew him for years. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. Before I drive off the lot in my new SUV they put a big red bow on it and took a picture of Marco and I standing next to my new car. Really made me feel special. Went in after going to another large dealer with a trade in. Couldn’t get the deal I was asking for at the first dealership. I came to Best Choice motors thinking I wasn’t gonna get the deal I wanted. These guys pulled it off! They were upfront and not beating around the bush. Went to get a car. They don’t inspect them. My car had all 4 routers bad and new pads. When I called to let my salesman know he said sorry. When I got a call from someone checking on how they did I told them that I was going to leave negative feedback. Got a call from the sales manager berating me for saying that and not calling him. I told him I called the salesman. He said he is only 18 so he is learning. Very unprofessional. Wish I could cancel my contract. They try to get you to leave the reviews in their presence so you can’t post negative reviews

I would highly recommend avoiding this place. We told them that $250 a month was as high as we could go and they seemed ok with that. They said $1000 down and the car was ours. We came in the next day to get the car and suddenly everything we had previously talked about went out the window. We had to get a credit card in order to even get the down payment. We were told to fill out a form and that it was "free money" that ended up being the credit card. The loan payment was also raised to $434. Almost double what they had previously agreed on. And when we brought up that this was not what we were promised the lot owner said " I didn't promise you anything buddy" In a very disrespectful tone. They were clearly trying to take advantage of us. Within 24 hours the payment went from just $250 to $434, and credit card debt. I'd say that alone speaks for the quality of this lot.

We had a great experience with Marco Carrillo, he did all he could to help us get the car we felt comfortable in, he never pressured is or made us feel like we had to buy now, I would highly recommend him, and the other staff members that helped us on this journey. They weren’t really helpful at all talked to the finance guy who was a heavy set guy all he wanted to do was sit behind his desk and he really didn’t want to help me either. They told me what to bring in I had everything they asked for and they had me believing that they had me approved when in all reality I wasn’t and they acted like my trade was to high to pay off when it wasn’t. Look out i looked around the car lot and all their cars are either scratched bad or have missing parts or they are high mileage.

We came in today to find a reliable car for my cousin, fresh from the philipines and have to start from scratch! Marco greeted us with great enthusiasm and boom! Go the car my cousin needed!! Just look for marco carillo and he'll be right with you the whole process!

1 Star for the friendliness of the salesman. Nothing more. Buyer beware. Have the car inspected by a licensed mechanic before purchase. We Brought a trade in and found out there was a title error so they could not accept the trade in. That's fine, we have A Navy Fed approval check in hand we need a car. We test drive an Acadia, realize the transmission needs replacement, we come back say what we think is wrong, suddenly it's a known problem and they already ordered it should take a week. Okay let's check another car. Decided on a Dodge journey, the test drive felt okay but we are not experts. The word Warranty was plastered on the windshield so just in case, we'd be fine. We settled on that car and asked about the Acadia for a future date. They said they'd call about the Acadia when it was fixed. We waited a substantial amount of time for them to finish with someone else, two toddlers in tow. Finally they took the check and called Navy Fed, the car was marked 16k but after more waiting they told us that they were being cut a 17k+ check and we just needed to sign and we were good to go. They sat in an office with us and kept the forms in their hands, flipped through them quickly flipping the pages over and turning to only signature pages for us to sign. They told us they added a Gps system which was the reason for the increase. Here's an issue the gps was already in the car for dealer use and never disclosed as an additional charge nor was there an option to refuse it since the finance company already shelled out the check. So we drove off happy with a car but feeling off. We Bought the car 18 days ago from them. Worth 5-6k for 17k. It started to leak liquids so I took it to the local dodge dealer, as it was a dodge. The photo will show it was deemed undrivable and will cost at a minimum $5k. We called the dealer multiple times, and after a few attempts and a photo of the mechanic report emailed to staff, we got a call back. He asked what the dodge mechanic said and we read off the list. He asked if we got a warranty and we realized, we never actually got that warranty, all that waiting with toddlers and discussing the title issue we never asked. But we assumed it was included in the final price. He said he'd call the owner and others to find out why we weren't offered a warranty and what they can do to help. He called back about an HR ago to tell me that because I have no warranty there is nothing they can do for me. Now here's my confusion where are all these good reviews coming from? The dodge dealer here immediately knew something bad was coming when I told him where I bought the car from. From my understanding these are auction cars. My Carfax says auction so is there truth to it? They have inhouse mechanics, they knew what was wrong with the Acadia but didn't admit till we identified it. 18days after purchase the Dodge is undrivable. Choose wisely people. The upside down status isn't worth it on top of the repair costs.

When I walked through the door I told them about the program my bank was putting me through for a first time auto buyer. They knew exactly what I was talking about and also gave me some information on the program that didn’t even know about. I dealt with Marco and I gave him my price and he did a great job to keep me within my budget. I test drive 3 cars and the car that was out of my budget was the one I ended up getting. Marco and his team helped me by giving me a deal on the car where I would be able to afford it. Buyer be ware at this place,it started out great we was offer a Honda 2004 told these r great care they last a life time,will I don't know how long there life is but this car was short live,We started to hear a whining sound so we thought it need power steering fluid,took it to. The Honda dealership paid 137$ to have it check out,they told us the power steering rack was going out and it would cost 3300 to fits it,now we paid 5000 for the car who in there right mind is going to pay 3300 for a 5000 car,also not knowing if anything else is wrong ,we called the best choice and he said bring it up we will put u in something really who wants another car after this one went down in two months and a car they said would last for ever,I'm not a rich person now I'm in dept will have a repo on my record and had to go out and buy another car,don't buy here lemon lot

Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. High pressure sales tactics. Wanted to set up financing before ever showing us a vehicle. Actually never really showed us any vehicles on the lot. Finance manager was racist and asked my boyfriend "how many stacks he had". No prices on any vehicles. Deceptive business practices preying on the desperate and treated us as if we were desperate. Would not advise anyone do business with these people.

Went in yesterday and today with the intention of buying a car. they made me put a $500 down payment before they’d even LET ME test drive the car. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a young driver, but they tried to take advantage of me and get me to sign up for “free money”. Then the owner got into a screaming match with my fiancé. One of the employees told me a guaranteed price yesterday when my grandpa was with me, but once we went in on our own they tried to double my monthly payment even though they “work with the best banks around”. Again, assuming they were taking advantage of my age and minimal car buying experience. It’s overall a sketchy place. Don’t recommend going here. They’ll try to scam you out of your money and just blatantly disrespect you when you try to call them out on it.
