Bought a welding helmet. Once home and tried the helmet it didn’t work. Tried to work with them for store credit, an exchange, or refund. They would do NOTHING!!

Courtney Freeman a few comments down clearly is not very bright. No ones violating your rights. People wear masks at every store and should! You violate other people’s rights during a pandemic by not wearing yours trying to spread COVID. Shop here, been here plenty of times with no worries. As for the Courtney the “Karen” no one wants your business.

The staff is friendly and welcoming every time I go there. Very helpful and fair as far as selling or pawning items. I wouldnt do business with any other pawn store

I got lied to I think because I’m black and then when I came in they were really rude to me, they have no feelings, some manager told me he would extend my loan out for three days after the date, when I got there they said it had defaulted and that I had to buy it back. Whatever manager got on the phone and said he would extend it out, lied and they could have just been truthful, whatever you do please do not go to this pawnshop and pawn your items, they don’t have a heart, I have been to better pawn shops, the manger on duty is rude. I probably wouldn’t be so upset if they would have been truthful, but nobody likes a liar , I’m a real person and this is a real review, BEWARE, They don’t care if they lie to you They don’t care how you feel afterwards Nobody has a heart I repeat And I really think they were just treating me like this because I’m a African American

Went in to sell a Fitbit, Didn’t sell it but the manager was a very honest man. Steve does a heck of a job. One of the first pawn shops I’ve been to where the owners friendly and honest
