Amazing customer service! Alex is the most friendly and professional person i have encountered in any form of customer service ever. The man is literally sweating from his hard work. The only negative is that the company needs to provide its stores with more employees to reduce wait times for the customers. The few employees that the stores do have are absolutely hard working and super professional. There is absolutely no possible way they can be more efficient. Awesome experience!

Jill was INCREDIBLE. What you will get from this place is excellent customer service, agents who are knowledgeable, empathetic, flexible and patient. I came in 30 minutes before they closed but they still helped well after closing time. If you're a little behind or just a need a small advance, this is the place to go. Jill was efficient, caring, and professional. She made sure I got what I came in for. Oh, Alex was pretty awesome too, lol. If it wasn't for them, I don't know what I would have done. Thanks guys!!
