Chase Bank State Rd, Lafayette

Chase Bank has always helped us with our business accounts, credit cards, and loans. Just like anything in life, you have to wait your turn and be patient. If you are 13 or older, you should be used to waiting your turn in line by now. It takes time to help each person with the banking needs and wants of people today who only see one sided views of, "where is my money?" Type of attitude. Online banking, ATM, and quick pay are some of the great advantages of this bank. I love the instant check deposit option with the app. The loan officer opened our accounts and credit card in the same day and credit line increased significantly over time. No problems at all! Happy Chase customer!

Apparently taking an extra half hour for lunch is more important to Chase than keeping appointments with their clients. My wife and I planned on merging accounts here at Chase but now we'll be taking our money to a local credit union instead, where they can at least pretend to care about their clients.

Was helped today by a fabulous woman who waisted no time in helping resolve my issue. She was pleasant as ever with a wonderful smile and warm greeting. Her name was Maria. ❤️

They almost never answer the phones at the state road 26 and Creasy lane location in Lafayette Indiana.

New employees are terrible I miss the old ones so much. 1 particular employee keeps reminding me my ID is expired (I’m very well aware it is and I am waiting on some documents to be able to renew it, not my fault d/t Covid related delays at BMV and also it’s none of your business) anyway I don’t need to be reminded I’ve had chase for 10 years mind you. Also if I can’t keep doing transactions b/c of my ID please let me know but don’t keep telling me something I already know I’m not stupid.

Super long wait. They won’t let you do anything if you forgot your wallet at home. I offered to log into the app, use Apple Pay, show a picture of my ID, give my social security number, etc. Then they close an hour early. This was not a fun experience. Just goes to show you that the money in the bank does not completely belong to you.

Very nice staff, and as with many banks you will likely 'get to know' a few tellers who will always remember you and seem interested in talking. Very friendly. Beyond typical teller services, they have a very small office for dealing with more complex problems (2ish employees at most). However, as with the tellers if you ever have a problem these employees always seem to be kinder than most banks, more personal and always resolved my issues. My only complaint is that often times - more often than not - they didn't have enough tellers working. Given the different types of services offered, and how long some take, one to two isn't enough (sometimes one teller works the window and inside simultaneously). So Chase, hire some workers, put more Americans to work and help out your great employees at this bank!

There was an issue with one of my documents (my fault) and while explaining this, the teller went out of their way to make it clear how wrong I was and how unwilling they were to help. I'm sure this doesn't reflect the entire staff but it illustrates the conduct that Chase sees as acceptable as this is the second time in two visits I have left with the same impression.

We have had tremendous service from this Chase bank since bringing our account here a couple years ago. We were plagued with identity theft four times in 1.5 years before moving to this bank. We have had only success since moving to Chase as they verify our purchases within minutes of using our card and notify us of fraud attempts on our card. We recently had them stop a purchase in a different state then we were in until we contacted them, and it was an attempt at fraud by someone, this is the kind of service I want. If you have money in your account, understand you have to wait at certain times of the day, then you will have no complaint. Thank you for serving our family so well!
