Don’t go there to sell jewelry or gold. I have a ring that i bought for 16k. This was my second place getting a quote. The guy said my ring was fake. I had already gotten an offer for $8k for my ring. I just want to see who offers the most. He looked at me with a straight face trying to rob me and said the ring is fake. Either he doesn’t know his stuff or he was trying to rob me. Either way is bad because he is the owner and should know his stuff or should not be robbing. Please be aware.

Went to cash a refund check from Jefferson Health System 3 days ago. It has an expiration date of March 23. Due to that he wouldn't cash the check because it's almost 6 months old. I'm handi-capped due to Multiple Sclerosis and walk with a cane. I've been hospitalized twice in the last 4 months and I currently rely on public transportation to get around. He obviously didn't care about the fact he was making a difficult situation worse for me.

I just went this morning to cash a check from my job, the guy working was very rude from the second I walked in. He didn’t even say hi or anything. I walked up to the counter and said I needed to cash a check and he just gave a dirty look while he took the check and looked at it. Then he started questioning the legitimacy of it and what kind of job it was. I try to tell him but he cuts me off and just says he will pass on it with no explanation at all. If he would have just explained why he couldn’t and was polite I would have been perfectly fine.

This dudes a straight up thief, told me my gold cross was only 10kt gold, after I told him I just left Gatzows jewelers who tested the gold and it was 14k he got upset and said he wasn’t interested, sorry dawg I did due diligence before I went there, beware if you go there!
