Never thought I would write a review about a mortgage company but I also rarely experience such thorough and thoughtful customer service! The whole team at Benchmark is so knowledgeable and helpful which is the best combination when shopping for a mortgage! Not only did they answer every little question at every stage in the process but their online portal made submitting all the documents so much less tedious and manageable! They even think of the little things like sending a packing care package and a story book about moving for my young daughter.
