I'd like to say that they not only helped out first time home buyers by making the experience as smooth as possible but they went the extra miles to help with down payment assistance which me and my wife qualified for but had no clue about. They filled out the "extra paper work" to submit to get the ball rolling for us and we were able to get 15k in assistance. That extra effort will never be forgotten! They also never forget about you after the process. We still to this day are reminded that they are here for any questions. They have invited us to free movies and most recently we received a gift card to dairy queen.(Yummy) This is still years after purchasing our dream home. As a potential first time home buyer in 2016 I had an unfortunate experience with another mortgage company where the cost to close the day before closing was 2x the estimate provided at the start of the process.
