Highly recommend Canton Road Jewelry & Pawn! John was unbelievably helpful. He helped me find a beautiful sapphire for my fiancé's engagement ring and created an incredible ring guard and ring set for it. He patiently helped me find the perfect stone, all while educating me and getting the maximum bang for my buck! Whether you need something simple or something special, you won't find a better deal or better people.

I had a small piece of jewelry that I needed repaired. It didn't have any real monetary value, but was important to me. I brought into Canton Rd J&P after another jeweler said they could not help, probably because they knew it wasn't worth much. John fixed it right there on the spot, exactly what I was asking for, for a VERY reasonable price. Nice people, I would definitely return.

First time into the pawn shop and it was very pleasant experience. Mark, the gentleman behind the counter, was really easy going and easy to work with. It's a very reliable location and are more than willing to work with their customers. Will be doing business with them again in the future!

I was very apprehensive about pawning a very important electronic item (digital notebook). But the Owner/manager kept re-assuring me that I didn't need to be concerned - that my property would be kept safe and would not be tampered with. The amount needed to redeem my item was very fair and actually $5 less than charges at a different location nearby that my son had previously used. Hopefully, I won't have to continue to pawn items to survive - but if I do - I will go to Delk Pawn. The price and customer service in a tense situation for me was excellent.

I had a really good experience at Delk Road Pawn today. I am a student and my computer died on my suddenly. I after spending a day on the phone the manufacturer of my laptop, I searched goggle and found Delk Road Pawn shop in my neighborhood. I rushed down there hoping they could help me. And they did! I was greeted very warmly at the door by Edward and promptly helped by Mark. I found Mark to be very warm, friendly, and did not talk down to me. Also, he diagnosed the problem and fixed my computer in 5 min. I have never experienced this level of customer service at a traditional computer store. Mark and Edward were friendly and professional. I left Delk Road Pawn happy. I will definitely go to them for all of my computer needs now.

I brought in several pieces of jewelry, was given great information about each piece, and felt no sales pressure. In fact, John C. cleaned all my rings and actually fixed one for me free of charge. He made a great suggestion to make earrings out of my old engagement ring and explained to me how they could do that for me at their shop for a very reasonable price. I sold a few gold bracelets and walked out with a great deal of cash in my pocket. They stayed open late for me and I didn't feel rushed in the least. I couldn't be happier! The owner is a great guy - so knowledgeable, polite & professional - such a lovely & clean & uncluttered store - not like any pawn shop I have ever seen - beautiful jewelry - AND they have lots of nifty tools and a pro in the shop who can repair your jewelry (or create a custom piece) - highly recommend!

The guys in this pawn shop were nice, respectful and friendly. I felt like they dealt with me fairly and honestly. They have also repaired my jewelry for a reasonable fee. Plus they have a large selections of high end merchandise to select from at great prices I would make it point to use them again.

The best thing about this shop is that the owners are reasonable, everyday people just like you and me. Mark is always willing to help me out, and isn't just looking for the easiest way to rip me off and take advantage of my situation. They always give me a fair deal, and have even taken items from me that I know no other shops would. I've developed a relationship with these guys over the past few months, and without a doubt, I will not be going to anywhere else but Delk Road Pawn from now on. Check it out. Delk Road Pawn is an awesome place to purchase lightly used item such as jewelry, electronics, houseware, etc. My recent experience was a great one to say the least. The staff members are helpful, super courteous and fun. I will refer them to all of my friends and family members. I purchased an electronic item that was lightly used and worked superbly. The jewelry selection is excellent and selection is of great quality. Definitely will be going back for more stuff!!!! :)

No words can describe how great the service at this place is. It's truly a family business. In the hardest time of my life, Edward, the owner, has helped me tremendously. I was able to get the money I needed and even to this day my relationship with the shop is amazing. Edward and Mark are always there to help, give you the best service and the best rate. My idea of a pawn shop was completely distorted. After dealing with these guys, I can honestly say they saved my life more than a couple times. Highly recommend this place!!!

This is the best pawn shop I have ever been too. They are fair, treat you with respect, they are such good people. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to sell, loan, or buy at amazing prices. Also they fix computers and they are certified to! I had a broken laptop and got a quote of $190 to fix. Mark did the same thing +++ and only charged me $60. I am working on it right now and it is working like a charm. Great Place, Fair Prices, Great People!!!!

Working with John was great! He helped me create 2 beautiful rings. I got a really good deal on both rings. I got to pick out my own stone and it looks beautiful with the white gold ring setting John found for me. I will definitely do business with them again! They are both friendly and super informative
