Went for a wedding and fell in love with the location. Beautiful, and life affirming location. Nice place to get away from the rush of civilization.

A beautiful setting for a retreat with many nice hikes among the many old trees on the mountain side. The facility has 3 different meeting venues which are all very nice and several levels of housing from very basic dorm room to nicer houses. The have an full kitchen facility with industrial grade equipment that can serve 30-50 people easily. The only downsides are the road to the facility is very narrow and steep and they don't provide catering but if you are willing to cook you can attend at very affordable rates.

This is the second year we have gone on Retreat here it is in the Redwood Forrest and very quite cofotable both the rooms and camping area, a very good place for a weekend Retreat.

Nice trails surround Quaker Center. Food was great. The place seems totally isolated from neighbors. Grounds are well maintained. Staff are courteous and informative. Lodging was clean and spacious. Redwood Lodge is a good building for seminars. Windows look into a redwood forest.

Beautiful, peaceful, isolated site for retreats or conferences. Camping and rooms are available as well as full kitchens. At least two large meeting halls. Weddings are limited to members of local Quaker meetings.

Ben Lomond Quaker Center is one of my favorite locations in the world, a hermitage among the redwoods with views from Casa de Luz that think of infinity. Depending on who's organizing your retreat, the experience you have can vary greatly, but i find the accommodations very comfortable and the prices are reasonable. The Quaker events are always very worth-while, at least if you are interested in practical spirituality. No, it's not flashy and modern, altho they have upgraded the buildings a lot in the last 10 years; but it is a place where you can remember our place in the Universe and hope for a future.
