Liberty Bank Hwy, Felton

Criminals got my debit card from a state website and did a 1 cent transaction to find out if my card was valid, Mgt at this bank saw what was going on and froze the account. They sent me an email and called me when it happened but I didn't see it until 10 minutes after they closed. I called anyway and the Manager picked up and spent 10 minutes reassuring me that my small savings was secure. Let's face it, most businesses don't answer the phone after closing and don't spend time to calm an old guy down. If you are anywhere near the 3 locations please support this bank.

**Warning to ALL check account holders from ANY bank** I don't personally bank with this bank, but I think it's important people know they will cash checks despite the date written on it. I gave someone a check on a Wednesday morning dated for the next day (Thurs). They cashed it for the person on Wednesday, and processed it somehow the same day through my bank. They said they absolutely will cash the predated checks, it is not their responsibility, nor is there a law saying they can't! I was not aware of this type of banking, and feel others should know if they don't already.

While I was very unhappy with the customer service I received at the Boulder Creek location, The Felton location made it right. Thank you Felton Branch.
