In an awful time of grief and loss our banking assistant Brad walked us through the process with kindness, patience and understanding. This is a great tribute to Bellcco’ s commitment to customer service above and beyond the routine!!

Brad was very knowledgeable, courteous and gave us the answers we were looking for. My Husband and i are Looking forward to working with Brad in the future and banking with Bellco.

I went for a refinance loan for my car and felt with Brad Hartford. I just retired and the loan process was more difficult then I’ve experienced at anytime in my past. However, I found Brad to be very empathetic and patient with my situation. Hey worked with the underwriter and kept me informed through the entire process. The loan was approved and I appreciated Brad’s professionalism.

I moved to AZ, We used shared banking. As my husband didn't like debit cards. As soon as iraveled back to PA, I visited the branch. We discussed options. I was very excited and pleased how easy we could add a checking account and the debit card. Very satisfied with services over the many years we have been members.

My wife and I have been members of Bellco FCU for many years. We moved out of state in 2018 but continue to use Bellco as our main financial institution even to this day for both savings & checking. As for customer service we have found that no other bank could measure up. It's easy with online banking to stay with Bellco and the perks of reimbursing any ATM fees plus getting $5.00 per month free money just for using our Bellco debit card, can't be matched! I can't say enough good things!

I have been a Bellco customer and customer of prior credit union that was acquired by Bellco since 1982 and have enjoyed many of the good services that they provide. However since I use the online service sometimes several times per day, I find that being forced into the new user page every time I login is very annoying and time wasting. It is also a resentment to have to see what potential new customers can get that I cannot is making annoyance more compelling. I'd appreciate taking that away from the login. Thanks.

When we first moved to PA in 2016, I spent many hours checking out banks and credit unions. This particular credit union was my first choice - not only due to their offerings and programs but the staff was AND continues to be helpful, professional, kind, and friendly. Everyone I have talked with has always made me feel valued, no matter how many questions I asked. A rare business commodity these days.... November 18, 2021 After experiencing an incident with our home mailbox being compromised and our outgoing mail stolen, I was very concerned about the safety of our accounts. Nora was the first person I spoke with and she was very comforting and helpful. Once again, Brad Harford gave his time to me yesterday at 3:30 to discuss where we go from here. He was very re-assuring, gave me some tips on how to keep our accounts safe, and answered ALL my questions. I feel so lucky to have found this branch of Bellco. Thank you…… And working with Brad Harford has been a joy. He is very detailed and takes the time to answer questions and explain everything!!! January/February 2022: Once again Brad Harford was thorough, professional, and prompt in securing our new HELOC. There is such a comfort in being a member of Bellco Credit Union. Every time we enter the bank, we are greeted with a smile and someone willing to help. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. Thank you!!

I love Bellco! Everything from the community involvement to member experience is like no other in Berks County. The employees are always friendly and willing to assist you in an efficient & timely manner. There are no minimum balances or ridiculous fees like at a typical bank. I love the employees, mobile application, locations/hours, coin counting, rewards checking accounts and so much more! Go check them out! I promise you won’t regret it.

Frequent communications about Bellco and what they have to offer but it's not too overbearing. Some companies especially financial institutes send you so many emails and other forms of marketing and it's just too much. Bellco sends relevant information to your lifestyle. Customer Service was extremely helpful and kind when I needed assistance getting into my online account. They were very patient and friendly while making some humor of the situation!

My wife (who is the brains when it comes to money) and I opened our first account with Bellco over 15 years ago. During that time we have used almost every option the Credit Union offers; HELOC, Savings, Christmas Club, Car Loan, Checking, Online Bill Pay, the list just goes on and on. Also during this time we have closed down more than 10 other Bank accounts due to mergers, fees, and poor Customer Service. Bellco has stood the test of time, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, far more so than a regular Bank. The rates and services are among the best available, and you feel like a member of a big family, rather than a number on a balance sheet. Our whole family are members with my children being rewarded for saving from the youngest age, setting them up with good habits, which they are carrying off into their adult lives. Thank you Bellco for providing what banking used to be, the personal touch with services for the modern era.

They have refused to cash at least three checks I have written for a car loan. Causing me to pay a late fee. Today, is was because they couldn’t tell if the payment said x amount and 33 cents or 38 cents. The payment is for x amount and 38 cents. Why would anyone write a check for five cents less than the necessary amount. The check was sent out 2 weeks ago and they only reached out today stating they refuse to cash the check (over 5 cents) causing me to pay a late fee. After the car is paid off I would never do business with them again and would never refer anyone there.

Brad Hartford provided exceptional service when assisting me with various inquiries. He always called me back timely and answered all of my questions. Much appreciated!

I would not hesitate telling anybody looking for a Loan to come to Bellco. They were very helpful in helping my wife and I achieve our goal of debt consolidation. i already had a car loan with them and plan on using them again when we upgrade our vehicles.

Not only do I love there Kasasa checking account we recently did a loan application to refinance our vehicle and Brad went above and beyond refinancing not only the vehicle but another unsecured loan we had. He was able to cut our monthly payments nearly in half and get us a much better interest rate on both loans!

Went into BELLCO for a loan to purchase a boat trailer. I was greeted by Brad Hartford whom was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the loan process. I've been banking online for years, but still wanted a local brick and mortar to stop at for deposits or to inquire about loans, savings for my daughter, etc. The staff at Bellco FCU are awesome and very friendly. Their banking is easy, straight-forward with no hoops to jump through or requirements to waive fees (still dumbfounded that banks do this). I can't honestly understand why people bank at regular banks when you can be a part of a credit union. Their mobile app is great, and you can trust your money is in good hands. Highly recommend you check them out, I'm glad I did! I can't wait to take my daughter to empty her first piggy bank at the coin counter To deposit into her account. Keep up the great work Bellco!!
