The employees know you by name, your not considered a number. I've had them assist me with a few of my closings!They are kind & willing, to give free law advice, whenever I haven't had the answers. The legal advice, I was seeking from their staff was a personal matter and didn't pertain to my closings. They are a great Team! I'd highly recommend, using their services!

Do not use this company unless you want to do all the work, my closing date was supposed to be November 16th, they said that they had put in a payoff request to hud, on November 10th, went 3 weeks without hearing anything, they said they tried calling hud, and could not get in touch with them, the first time I called, I got a hold of them,also they do not no the difference between a case number and a loan number, that was the cause of all the waiting is because Michelle put in the wrong info, finally the payoff came in today, and I do not get off of work untill 4:30 and none of there attorneys are willing to help me close, even though when we had the original signing date for the 16th of novemer scheduled at 5, they already knew my time where I could meet them would have been a little later, and they were ok with it, now all of the sudden its a problem they are not worth the time wasted go with a different company, and save yourself all the stress.

You know a company is great when you trust them enough to work with your own mother. I can say that about Bell & Alexander! They set a high standard for their company that comes across in their service. The entire staff genuinely cares for each and every client and they consistently go above and beyond. They're good people to know!

We moved out of state before our house was sold so we did a mail away closing. Our closing date was March 14th. Our paperwork wasn’t emailed to us until noon on March 13th. When we opened it, it was 40 pages of documents that had to be read through, verified and filled out. Basic information (which they already had) wasn’t pre-populated in the documents so we had to fill that out as well. Multiple pages had to be signed in front of a notary so I was scrambling last minute to find a notary. Something in the paperwork was incorrect so that had to be changed and we got emailed the revised copy a mere couple hours before it had to be mailed out via Fed-Ex at 7:30 PM that day. I was doing this all while watching 2 young children. Closing on a house is stressful enough, but getting everything so last minute made it worse. If this is the way they do business, I do not recommend them.

We utilized their services for when we purchased our home and when we sold. We were out of state for the closing when we sold our home and they worked with us and kept us apprised every step of the way.

Very good title Company, fast and professional, as a Realtor we love great Title Companies.

I trust Mark Bell and his staff for my clients real estate closings. I have sent them hundreds of closings thru the years. Mark is also handling my step father's estate. They are awesome people to work with!
