    They are awful. They lock your account multiple times a year for non-explained "security reasons" then make you wait on hold for hours. Support is non-existent

    This BECU branch is phenomenal - MJ is not only a great guy, he helped me get a car loan with an insanely low rate! He even stayed late with his co worker to help me finalize it so I could go to the dealership that night to get it! If you want excellent customer service, please visit this branch. We plan on switching all our banking over because of the staff at this location!
