Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell

This branch does not value time. We were told to wait 45 minutes for service then they told me there is another appointment and sent us home. Meanwhile, the manager is conveniently on the phone. Bank of America does don't care about customer service, period.

I am customer of the bank and was trying to cash a foreign check in my name. I was treated with a suspicion like I am a criminal. Staff did everything they could not to assist me in cashing a valid check (balance from a closed account belonged to me). I will do everything possible to avoid dealing with Bank of America, even though they are a walking distance from my home.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Our teller was fast and efficient even though she was newer to the team. She ensured we were taken care if. Great customer service, great experience.

It is impossible to reach this location by phone (email don't work as well...). So I always have to come in person for any specific question, which is not a greatest option in COVID time. But once you are there the staff is very helpful.

I really appreaciated how great Gulraj’s customer service skills were not only with me but with other very rude customers! She kept her composure and dealt it with a nice smile. She is the reason I keep coming back to this branch!

I needed to update my business banking info and the banker Divendra helped me. He was asking waaay too many personal questions and came off nosey. He also said there was nothing he could do to credit bank fees that one of my accounts had. A week later, I went to my other banker in Mill Creek, they were able to credit the fees back right away. This tells me that Divendra had no interest in going above & beyond for a long term customer. This was certainly not the best experience at Bank of America.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. It's just the fact that being closed makes it hard for people who take the bus who just wanted to withdrawl their paycheck hard . That's why I gave them a 3 stars. Update your Google maps with the new hours.

So this happened a couple of months ago. My mother had retired and moved back home with me from Greece. She had Euros that needed to be exchanged to dollars. When I went in to this branch to exchange the Euros they refused to do so stating that all the Euros ‘looked’ different and they couldn’t verify authenticity. I told the teller and the branch manager that of course they look different because many Euros are country specific and don’t look alike. They still refused to exchange them. I walked out enraged and decided to try my luck at the Mill Creek Branch. They were able to exchange my money in 10 minutes. When I asked the Mill Creek representative why the Thasher’s Corner branch couldn’t exchange the money she said that she didn’t know. She informed me that they have a book with all of the pictures of every Euro design so she doesn’t why the other branch wouldn’t do it. I went back to the Thrasher’s Corner branch and told the branch manager that the Mill Creek branch exchanged my money and she responded with, “Oh, that’s strange. I wonder how?” She never apologized to me. I walked out angry. I will never do business with this branch again. Save yourselves some trouble and headaches and just go down the road to the Mill Creek branch. They actually know what they’re doing.

Horrible Coustomer Service. You never received any appointment confirmation or any reminder via call/ text even if you scheduled. Scheduled appointment but still waiting from last 55 minutes. But they don't care about your time. Today I close my business account with them due to HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Schedule an appointment with this branch if you have 2-3 hours spare time. Never visit this branch.

I went to the branch to make deposit. I made partial cash and partial check deposit. I made a mistake that I didn't write the total amount right. Jessica who took my deposit didn't include my cash deposit. At home , i checked my recipt, it only showed check deposit. I went back and talked to Jessica about that. She told me because you didn't wrote the amount wrong and she got the cash out of a folder. Are you serious??? Then who was going to take that cash??? Can't believe that was happen from the major bank. Check the receipt!!!
