Don the owner really needs to retire, he is so crazy!! He has been holding our title for 2 months, playing games with us and won't give it back. First he said he sent it to our bank?? We said why? Who told you to send it to them?? So us and our bank has been looking for it with no avail. Called again yesterday and he was so rude, cussed on the phone (have recording) said we sent YOU the title and it came back in the mail? We were like you said you sent it to the bank and we have all been looking for it? He said you listen here, I sent it to you and it came back in the mail? He never once called us to tell us any of this?? I said will you please take our address and he refused? He wanted to give me his email so that I could email them the address because he refused to do anything BUT then would NOT give me the email unless I said PLEASE? Then continued to hang up on us and not take our calls. He is crazy and needs to retire! Impossible to deal with do not get yourself mixed up with him, there are plenty of options out there instead of him!!

Called today to get more info and the gentleman who answered the phone confused me cause he answered "hello" and didn't include a biz name. I apologized assuming it was the wrong #. He said he was Interbay and had a major attitude. I asked if they are open and his response was "I am answering the phone aren't I". My 1st impression based off this simple call is not good and I would not recommend this company simply due to his poor attitude from the 1st call.
