We started using Medallion bank as our primary lender at the beginning of 2019. We have had many other lenders in past years and have never received the customer service we get with Medallion Bank. Craig answers our calls or gets back to us right away if he wasn't available to answer when we called. Craig has an extensive background in credit reporting and lending will take the time to really look a our clients reports before making any kind of decision. Where our previous lenders went pretty much on credit score alone. This is really helpful when a client has paid off their home or maybe has some sort of challenge on their credit report. Our previous lenders always had a customer service rep that couldn't really help us and would always say they would have a manager get back to us. We really appreciate being able to call Craig directly. I highly recommend Medallion to all contractors that want the best for their customers.

Staff at this bank do not know how to handle conflict resolution. Poorly trained staff in my opinion. Received my clear title in a timely manner but this company is holding my overpayment interest free for over 20 days since signed by certified mail. Also failed to apply payment in a timely manner

I bought a 5th wheel through Medallion bank. Paid it off early. The bank gave me no big problems, but the three years that I was paying on my loan, I never received emails, letters, statements, etc. In fact if it weren't for my automatic payments I would have forgotten who the loan was through. My car loan, through another bank, sent me updates every month, I could see past statements on my account page, which is not possible on The medallion Bank website. Their interest rates were not so great. with so many other Banks out there I can tell you that the probability of using Medallion bank again is very low.
