    Great bank, but they are sooooo slow. I came in to make a cashiers check and had to wait an 1hr and half in the waiting room. They don’t seem understaffed either, there was like 5-6 reps around pretending to work, just biding time.

    Long wait and came here credit card problems caused by BECU. Several phone calls. Still not fixed and had to come in person. Slow staffs and long long wait.

    I waited on the phone for 40 minutes to increase my withdrawal amount. The customer service representative said I was good to go so I went to Winco to pull out money and twice it was declined. BECU wasted my time. Then I go to the branch and wait. And wait. And Sabrina charges me the 3 dollars anyway for a cashiers check. What a joke! Happily going else.

    Went in for an advising appointment on how to better qualify for a home loan and what goals to work towards. I met with Melinda Weber and was incredibly disappointed. Took her 10min to finally come out and get me from the waiting room, of which she spent time casually talking to one of the other tellers even after she saw me waiting. One of the tellers had to go tell her twice that I was waiting for her. Then once we started talking about the loan she was very short and came off as though I was wasting her time. She didn't help me try to understand what I need to work on to better qualify. I've been with BECU for 6 years now and was disappointed in how this branch treated me. I'm a young person and they made it clear they didn't take me seriously. I will be looking to get a home loan with a different bank who does business with more respect and acknowledgement.

    The lady at the customer service desk called Sabrina is not really helpful. Walked up to her and said excuse me, she went on to typing and ignored me for about 2 minutes. All I wanted to ask is if they print cards at the location. Been a BECU member for ten years now and I feel like switching banks. But Braelyn helped me and he was helpful.

    Had a great experience at this location! The person that was helping me, Ina, did an exceptional job at explaining , and helped me a lot with my credit situation. She really new what she was talking about , very professional at her job. Overall great service; I am very satisfied with my experience. If there's any BECU branch I recommend, it's this one!

    I dont think BECU should close at 1 on Saturday’s they should be open till 6 because people have cards and don’t feel like carrying cash this is just downright rude

    I usually don’t write reviews but this experience definitely deserves it. Worked with Brian Tse both days and he was absolutely amazing. I’ve always banked with BECU and they have always been helpful and friendly but today’s experience blew it out of the water. BECU is truly lucky to have him on their team. He was beyond patient with all my questions and being able to explain it to me in simple terms multiple times was very helpful in understanding, was super thorough and very kind. I could write so much more about our great experience but it would be an essay. Thank you so much Brian for helping us through this process. You are the literally the best!
