Does not pay the agreed fee! They don't answer emails or phone calls!!

The most god awful Company I have ever worked with. I have the same exact problem as someone below me, they wanted me to notarize, stamp, and signature on a page where the main borrowers name was who wasn’t even present. The page also had a completely different state and county for the main borrower yet they tried to tear my head off and speak to me in an extremely disrespectful manner. Emilie kelty is completely unprofessional and has 0 communication skills. Will never work with them again.

This is the worse company to work for. My services were rendered and this company deducted monies from my fee. They are unresponsive but when something goes wrong, they contact you. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I am a professional and this company lacks professionalism. I wish that I had read these reviews before rendering my services. I would have never chosen this company. They are deceptive in their practices. They exploit others for their benefits.

Threatening to deduct my pay for a Notary service after the signer refused to sign a document and I did my due diligence by calling the appropriate party and they approved. Now they are wanting to take part of my pay to pay another notary in another state to get this one document signed that the signer himself, according the lender, can take to this own notary and get signed at nor charge. I will never do another order for this company again.

I am not surprised about their low rating I know many people that refuse work from them. The ladies are the rudest company I have EVER worked for!

I am not surprised by the 1 star reviews they have. They tried to have me acknowledge signatures for people who hadn't even signed the papers....in another state. I called twice, was told to "just sign the papers". I cancelled the assignment 7 hours before the appointment. The assignment was never cancelled. I was sent a nasty email about how they would never work with me again. Lesson learned. PEOPLE, DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE WORKING WITH THESE POOR COMPANIES. I was not about to face legal trouble for $60.00.

I have a document not tracking and I am 3 hours from home. I told them I would look into it upon my return home. They have non stop called and texted and have threatened to file a police report for identity theft over the matter. I informed them that any contact until I reached out about the package would be considered harassment. They won't stop. I finally had to tell them I would be filing a report against them for harassment and would not speak to them until I returned home and spoke to the officer they would send after me. Won't work for them again

Wonderful service. Called they got me right in, got fingerprinted and submitted to DOJ within 15 minutes.

Fair company to deal with. If the offer is too low I simply counter with one that makes sense. Not sure why folks want to complain about this kind of thing, Just don't accept the job. Never had an issue with payment or communication.

This company is a LOW BALL offering company. Never anything more than $85 for a loan closing. All the years of experience this company has and they can't even offer a decent wage to get experienced Signing Agents. SHAME!!!
