Bayview Loaning Servicing LLC Virginia Dr, Fort Washington

I have been dealing with this company for about two months, trying to refinance my home loan. The woman that I've dealt with (Christine Sheairs) is highly unprofessional. Every email that she sends me (and she sends me 5-10 per week) contains countless grammatical and/or spelling errors and lacks punctuation. It sounds like she is using a "talk to text" feature on her phone and NEVER proofreads anything! Her emails are virtually impossible to understand and I even questioned whether or not she is fluent in English! I had to respond to emails on numerous occasions and ask this individual to retype and/or resend the email because the spelling/punctuation/grammar was GARBAGE. This person should not be in a position that requires daily written communication because she sounds like a fool. I requested a different loan officer because I couldn't understand 99% of what she sent me and I was promised a new contact person... but nothing ever changed. This company is terrible.

Someone by the name of Brian helped me and was very unprofessional. He was rude and disrespectful and called me a Cracker. I hope this company does a better job hiring their employees because he should be fired.

Nasty dirty place very disrespectful close this business A lady works here by the name Natasha fitzsimmons and she is so unprofessional and this company needs to fire her she is rude, does horrible hair always to tight.

I have had very negative experiences with Bayview Loan Servicing and their sister company Lakeview Loan Servicing. Both companies do not respond to emails and/or phone calls. Both companies are at the least unprofessional and at the most fraudulent. One star is too high to rate the companies.

Brian claims he is a "manager" he's a stupid red-neck that has a degree in "kitchen & bath design"

This company is horrible.. They play to many games.. No one calls you back.
