Banner Bank E Oregon Ave, Creswell

Went in to sign some papers and do other banking needs. Other customers private information was right in plain sight. Linda left her desk for more than five min and "Lopez's" information including SSN and such was right there on top of a pile of other papers. Will not suggest this bank, in fact I'll be taking my money else where because now I don't feel safe with my private information being available for anyone.

Signed up recently for a business account with Linda at Banner Bank. Great experience and very customer friendly!

Great bank run by people with common sense. Reminds me of how banks banks used to be (in a good way).

9-1-15 I am moving my business accounts due to the lack Banners control over their international wire contract with Western Union. Been a customer with Siuslaw since 1997. Was very concerned when Banner took over that the personal nature of the bank would be lost. Small items like a person that actually answers the phone, the ability to reach someone on the phone before the branch opens and local branch involvement in the community are important to me. I am pleased to say that after several months I still consider Banner a good perosnal bank. I have 35 years in business and 50 years of personal banking. I have used dozens of banks and credit unions. Banner is not Siuslaw but is Okay for personal stuff, but my business accounts are being moved to Citizen.

A great branch, with friendly employees. I have been banking there for decades and will continue into the future.
