Would rate 0 stars if possible…. Wasn’t happy with many changes when they bought out Iowa-Nebraska… Kept business here to give them a shot. Have been increasing dissatisfied with their practices- related to both Business and Personal banking. Looking to take all banking business elsewhere, just a hassle when you have multiple accounts/auto payments/mortgage to deal with. I have accounts at other local banks and would recommend them to anyone over BankFirst.

My experience with Chance Bernstrauch has been amazing. He knows his stuff and is very customer-oriented. My needs were met very well using their services and did not have the traditional long wait for business to be concluded.

If you’re looking to purchase a home or refinance an existing property, Chance is the guy to see! We closed in 3 weeks from start to finish. I am thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and attentiveness throughout the process. There wasn’t a question he could not answer, he knows his stuff!

Absolute worst bank I have ever had to deal with. Nikki the manager at the South Sioux location has no idea what her job responsibility is. Stating she "finds it hard to believe" that her employees didn't do their job correctly. Complete disaster of a bank.

Went through bank first to purchase our first home and all I can say is Chance did an outstanding job! He was very detailed and explained everything very well to my husband and myself. He answered any questions we had and was very responsive to emails. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking to buy a home to go through Chance.

Poor customer treatment. I've had nothing but issues with Bank First after they took over Iowa-Nebraska. Glad they finally be done with them. Will definitely not be going back after today.

It was a lot better when it was Iowa-Nebraska, this is the worst bank I have had. They hold my account and not covered payments I made online and a check that I gave when I had enough money to cover them. If you apply for a loan your paperwork will just sit on there desk for weeks and won't do nothing about it. Take your business somewhere else.

Chance's professionalism and communication throughout the process was Excellent! I so appreciate the opportunity and the prompt service! Looking forward to doing more business with him in the future!

bankfirst is the worst bank I have ever had and the worst experience ever. I tried to solve a charger for underlivered mail that was taken out of my checking account without my consent. The day before I spoke to one of the teller about the situation and she said I needed to get a proof of address so I did. I walked in today again and I spoke to the manager this time I showed a picture with my address on it and she didn't get the time to see it and she just refused to do something about it! I asked if it was any way to get a refund of the money..I have two kids to support and i don't want to loose or give my money away without my consent so I told her that I was going to close my bank account and I told her to just give me all my money, she said she was going to mailed me a check! and she didn't give me any other options, so we got into an argument because I wanted my money at the moment and i asked why would you mailed me a check when the main issue was about the mailing getting rejected? so I said if i could talk to her boss and she said she was the main boss, so she intimidated me and she called the cops on me. and lied saying that I locked her in her office , which is a lie , I felt so discriminated and was so disappointed about how she handled the whole situation I didn't even say anything wrong to her.. I cry because of this whole messed up situation. Just a heads up, before choosing any bank always read feed backs first.
