I recommend carhop for anyone who is looking for a car fast and cheap. I had a great experience with Dulce Garcia because she made me feel appreciated and welcomed. Very informative and professional. Everything in order to get a car is very simple and easy no matter what your down payment is and no matter if you have credit or not. Will definitely recommend.

Came to Carhop to get a car and in the middle of my application another customer walked in after her test drive with her mom. I’ve seen entitlement but this mother daughter duo came in guns blazing with theirs. Her adult daughter only had one option based on her situation and went off on the ladies because she wants a car she doesn’t have to roll the windows down on. “We’re living in 2022 so she needs a brand new car”. ma’am. calm yourself down you’re at a used car dealership where they help people with bad credit, the reason YOUR daughter is here. The sales person who was speaking with them handled it amazingly and explained that’s it’s her only option in the price range she was approved for. She said she needed a car for work and to get her independence back but her and her crazy mother have absurd standards. Apparently other people are beneath them. They gave bad vibes but the girls here were great and wished her the best of luck in her vehicle search elsewhere! Very professional and still spoke to them with the upmost respect. I wouldn’t want them as a customer where I work so kudos to them!!

I have been a customer for over a year with my second vehicle from CarHop. I started with a mini van and have now moved to a Ford 150. My 2009 Ford f150 has not had any issues. I also got to skip a payment when I was struggling. This was awesome!!!!

Stopped in today to see if car hop could help my brother. From the moment we walked into the door Dulice was very accommodating and helped us through my brothers process. She walked us through the entire process and my brother drove away in his new to him vehicle. Highly recommend that you check this place out, they really do go out of there way to get you driving. I had a great experience I didn’t even expect to get a car. But they worked with me and I got one. I felt kinda bad that Liz in the Sioux City location stayed late to to make sure I got everything taken care of.But she had no problem with it and was still in a great mood. I even mentioned to my mom who was there for a co-signer that I had a head ach and doesn’t eat today. And Liz actually brought me ibuprofen and some chips lol great experience 5 stars for sure.

Had a fantastic experience here today! The sales associate Dulce Garcia has been over the top helpful and has made this day 10/10 day! The whole staff are truly amazing and helpful crew. Edit: The staff is amazing an are truly helpful but the vehicle I wanted an did the paperwork for was an awful car. Was driving down the interstate lost power an the car wouldn’t turn back on when I looked out the side mirror there was a cloud of smoke that came from the car. To let you know also when I took it for a test drive everything was good. I only had the car 20 minutes when I left the lot before the car failed me. So I would definitely be careful with the cars at carhop at this location to say the least. I am thankful tho that they did call a tow truck an got me back to the store an I’m also thankful I got my car back I originally came with to trade it.

I have never had a worst experience with a business to the point I’ve lost my patience. First they sell me a car that was out of alignment (which I notified them of upon test driving it), it DIED after 5 hours of having it, had no tail light or license plate light, the locks had a mind of their own, the windshield was severely not sealed, the speakers in the vehicle were unusable, told me to get a diagnostic done and didn’t pay for it and wanted to charge 300 a month for the rust bucket, but when I brought it back they sold me another car without a tail light, and messed up power steering. Told me because power steering was a safety issue they would fix it, and then LIED to me about what was wrong with it after I had gotten diagnostics done. I feel like I got scammed by this company, DONT let them do the same to you.

I was approved after making some mistakes previously! I’m able to build my credit and reach my goals thanks to Dulce Garcia working so hard on getting me approved. Dulce Garcia was very nice to be around, had incredible customer service and helped our family with the vehicle we need! Thank you!

I came to Carhop with my husband to help look for a vehicle for him. There were some technical difficulties but other than that, Dulce Garcia helped us out a lot to make sure we were able to get a car today. It also did take a while than what we were expecting but that won’t deduct a star or anything. This is a good dealership because they actually do say yes when others say no. I’m happy to recommend this dealership and we’re looking forward to what happens in the future for us and for them.

I have had the most horrible experience with car hop I have tried numerous vehicles through them none of them run properly every time I take it to one of their mechanics they says it's not on their warranty. Every vehicle they sell has numerous things wrong with them that isn't on their warranty buyer beware. If you get a car from these scumbags make sure that you have a lawyer as well.

Did amazing getting my family our first car!! Edit: They did give us our first family car, but I seriously regret it. I can’t believe how much money my fiancé and I put into that ridiculous car. Over $2k just for it to get totaled, because of my MINOR car accident caused. Car hop was making us pay double the amount of the car’s price! Never again.

Highly recommend carhop Sioux city location, unlike other places with Dulce Garcia I actually didn't feel pressured, she did everything she could to help get the car I was looking for that fit my situation and budget.

I had fallen on hard times between losing my grandma on Monday and being out of work with covid for over 2 weeks so I wasn't expecting such a wonderful phone call this morning. A woman by the name of Teresa took my call and although she wasn't my regular agent, she showed a great deal of compassion and understanding. I feel like every person who works customer service would do well to emulate her fantastic heart. You never know how much hope you can instill in others.

Stopped in to talk about doing a trade in for my 06' Malibu I've had through them and Alaina, cursti and dulce all went out of their way to help get me into my new 2011 Nissan rouge. Very great experience both times this company has helped me and would recommend it to anyone who needs help getting a good car and help working on their credit.

The warranty is a joke. My timing belt went out and instead of just replacing the parts needed to fix it carhop ordered a motor from a junkyard. It has 3000 less miles than the original motor at purchase. They do this because of the damage that happens inside the motor when the timing belt goes out. You'd think it would be good right? Getting a different motor? Not exactly, the timing belt needs replaced every 60-90 thousand miles. Who knows if the motor from the junkyard has had a replacement done? So potentially I'll be right where I started, except this time I'll be out of my warranty when it happens. I'll get to drive ¹⁵000 miles maybe more maybe less before the same thing happens. And who knows what else could be wrong with the "new" motor?

Had a very great experience. My girlfriend and I got our first car today. Kim was very friendly and understanding and helped us reach our goal with leaving the lot with a car today. Car hop and kim did a great job accommodating our finances and information.

They charged me 3 times what the car was worth. Pretty sure there were no airbags in the car. Spent 2k just fixing it. They have terrible customer service and everything. They also demand you to give them a 5 star rating

I understand the warranty only covers so much. But when a vehicle is overheating the day you pick it up, and carhop mechanic says it's not covered by warranty. Yes I stopped paying. It's only worth 600$ not 4500$ if it gets put on my credit then I'm filing bankruptcy and disputing the report. That car needs to be scrapped. Check out other car lots. I've been told so many times that carhop (Sioux city location only) is a huge laughing stock. Check out Budget motors. Got a 2017 car low miles for less down and less in monthly payments than the 2005 I got from carhop.

We went to trade in our current vehicle we had thru carhop and hopefully get something a little newer and Thanks to Dulce for helping us out in figuring out what we needed versus what we wanted... Walked away with a newer vehicle and, again, a VERY positive experience with Dulce and Carhop. Thank you!!!

Getting a 2006 Chevy HHR at a good rate and they made the whole process easy and seamless.

Worst car dealership ever. Want an overprice car that will take a complete dump on you and then your warranty magically not cover it? Go to carhop. All their good reviews are from them making customers do it in front of them before they even leave the dealership. Needs to be shut down. Sketchy business that's putting it lightly.

The ladies Kim and Liz they were very friendly with our energetic vibes. It was a very smooth and calm process anything that arose they were more than capable of handling the problems immediately and getting me into a car.
