Rick collins was not the closest to us. We started trying to find cars at our local dealers. They told us to put our name down and it might be 3-8 months. Hilario at Rick collins actually tried to find us a new vehicle. He was very easy to work with and worked hard to find us what we wanted. How do I explain the amazing service I have gotten from Rick Collins Toyota? How do you explain feeling like the most important customer in the world? Well, let me try. Zac Torres, Matt Collins, Billy Fiksdale, and Ryan Collins, plus others on the team, did a flawless job on this deal from wire to wire. They have an amazing group and I couldn’t ask for anything more from my interactions with them. They stayed in touch, were fun to deal with, and seemed as excited as me for the vehicle to arrive and deliver. This was a hard car to find and get my name on, but they did it and now I have my dream car. These guys definitely earned my loyalty for any Toyota purchases, as well as my recommendation to anyone in the US that needs a Toyota. It is definitely worth traveling to deal with these guys. For example, I asked them not to put the front license plate bracket on to begin with. I changed my mind and went in to have them throw it on, and the car was filthy from a bit of off-roading. When I left, it was cleaned up like new again, far exceeding my expectations. I can’t thank the team at Rick Collins Toyota enough for how I have been treated on my first brand new Toyota.

My 2015 RAV 4 was totaled when I was rear ended on the highway several weeks ago. I made an appointment with Zach Torres at the dealership. Zack was such a pleasure to work with and his sales style is very easy, straightforward and never pushy which something that drives me away from other dealerships. I had visited the lot several times on the weekends just to browse the inventory. I found the new RAV 2021 that I had decided on and made an appointment. What I really liked was Zack also had a used RAV 2020 with just 4500 miles on it and wanted me to test drive both as the older model had all the upgrades at a lower price. I did that but decision was made and I chose the 2021. He handled all the paperwork along with Billy from finance and they both were so pleasant to deal with. I added a couple of items I wanted installed, and since it was Late afternoon Friday they were going to have them done right away so I could have the car that day. I thanked them and said Monday was fine. Zach contacted me Monday morning and said I was good to go. Met me and gave me all the instruction manuals and off I went. Very happy with my experience with Zack and he’s very knowledgeable in his field as well as a very kind man. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a salesperson who listens to what you want and delivers. Definitely 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and professional and got me exactly what I wanted and helped me get the best deal. Yanni and John made the buying process super easy with no pressure. And Billy was great helping get the finance in order. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family.

I normally do not deal with dealerships/service departments because I do most of my own vehicle repairs and maintenance. I became aware of a possible recall on my Toyota Highlander though that would involve a fairly extensive repair process. I called down to this dealer and mentioned the possible recall and they were knowledgeable on it and offered to inspect it to determine if it would qualify.(keep in mind I did not purchase my vehicle here) They inspected it and said it qualified even though it fit only one of the two requirements. Fast forward and the vehicle was done in 4 days and looked great(body shop involvement too). They kept me informed throughout the whole process and were very professional. I dealt with Bethany in service most of the time and can't thank her enough for the quality customer service she provided. The vehicle was even cleaned too! Great service and a very happy customer!

Charles is the best! We’ve bought 2 cars from him now and whenever we go into the dealership, he always greets us with a smile and is genuinely happy to see us. Every time I texted him looking for updates, he responded right away. I know that we might not have been the most easy to work with, but everything went smoothly and easily with him. Shoutout to Chris as well. Very professional and a fun guy to work with. You guys made the car buying experience amazing and we will be back!

Could not be more impressed with the service department. Honesty, courtesy, excellent service. We brought our Sequoia in for major repairs. Penny contacted us with news that part of the repair was not necessary, dropping the bill dramatically. Very grateful.

Stopped here to possibly look for a pickup. The sales guy was good but told me if I wanted to buy new to add 6 percent on top of the sticker price. They make good money if you pay full sticker but to add 6 percent on top of sticker is price gouging.

Had the vehicle I didnt know I was looking for haha best part was the finance guy called me a few days later to let me know he got me a different offer with lower interest

WORST TOYOTA DEALERSHIP SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME! This review is for their service department; I don't have any experience with their sales. If you want to get an unprofessional service and negligent mechanic, this is your place! Their service advisor will address you as "buddy/pal" and talk down to you on every occasion. If you print their service coupon from their website, they'll just laugh at it and say that those silly coupons really don't mean anything. Those old coupons are only on their website as a mistake of their new marketing team. And, of course, don't expect the mechanic to do their job. They will overlook any actual problems your car might have if they don't have the mechanic/parts to fix it. They'll tell you what's wrong with your car based on what parts/mechanics they have available. If their mechanic of the day is specialized in brakes and steering wheel service, that's what your car needs fixing on that day. You're better of going to any roadside mechanic shop than going to this dealership. After my experience with them, I go to Billion Toyota in Sioux Falls, where people are actually professional and responsible.

While I think many of their used vehicles are overpriced, I did have a very good experience with Rick Collins’ service – thanks entirely to Bethany in the service department. I was having issues with my certified pre-owned Corolla purchased at a different Toyota Dealership. Rick Colllins was able to get the vehicle in the same day I called but after a couple-hour wait, Bethany informed me they were unable to fix the issue then and would have to escalate it to their regional field tech. I also learned this vehicle had been worked on multiple times for this same issue. Bethany definitely sensed my frustration, and it really felt like she took the issue on as her own. I ended up having to bring the car back later and it took over a week for a resolution, but Bethany called when she said she would call and kept me updated throughout the process. It ended up taking the Toyota field tech coming to Rick Collins and working on the vehicle for several days to get it resolved, but so far, so good. It was a very frustrating situation – especially with a car that was “Certified” – but Bethany made it manageable…she deserves a raise!

I recently purchased a used Chevy truck from Rick Collins Toyota. I made the trip up from Omaha and was very pleased with my experience. A very friendly and LOW pressure dealership. My salesman Zac was very helpful and tried for everything I had asked for. General Manager Ryan Collins was great to work with and I felt he was upfront with me on everything. Billy in Financing was great to work with as well. Yes he did offer me some add ons and a extended warranty, like all dealerships do. However, I was not pressured at all into buying any of them. They even delivered my truck to me! The gentlemen who delivered my truck were friendly and professional as well. Awesome group to work with, best dealership experience I have ever had. Not a Toyota guy but HIGHLY recommend Rick Collins Toyota!
