Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bank,the online banking platform is always messed up or in maintenance mode,the ATMs should be in an antique mall and most of time dont work. The screen at this one has giant dead bug that i know has been in there two years. Worst place ever to bank

The staff is always polite and professional! They work as quickly as the can to keep the lines moving when they are busy. Drive through is fast, But parking lot has ample space. Probably one of the few banks that will remember your name! You get small town service with the larger city benefits! They are wonderful. If you need a deposit slip, they do all of the work for you! I like that!

I recently closed a commercial loan with Bank of the Ozarks and having worked with Eddie Lunsford on the lending side I can give them a strong recommendation. I have also worked with them on the retail side for accounts and have found their customer service to be excellent.

Best bank I've ever worked with being a small bank makes it so much easier and personal. If your in a big hurry all the time just slow down and see what you're missing. The whole team at my bank is fantastic.

The bank in Gastonia don’t have any one qualified to open a vault and this bank don’t have any one qualified to cash a check so definitely where the unqualified come to work. The person left in charge says she ain’t making a decision. This the problem with doing business with small banks.

Slowest possible banking service I've ever experienced. Sat for 40 minutes to deposit 2 checks.
