    Worst ATM station. If you are driving a pick up truck. You can’t reach the money dispenser. It’s very low. Make sure you remove your seatbelt. And be ready to pull yourself out the window to reach it. Lol.

    Came in to change my last name on my bank accounts. I just came from SECU to do this and it was very fast and easy and didn’t need to make an appointment. Not the case at this location. They told me to wait to see if the next appointment was going to show up or not- the banker never spoke to me until another lady asked if I was someone else. The banker told the other lady his appointment was 2 minutes away and didn’t want to see me. Totally understand this but from the time I came in and the next appointment still hasn’t shown up - they could have changed my name during that time.

    Darlene the drive thru teller misheard me when I clearly said please CASH and deposit my check. Its really common sense taking my check with a teller to cash it, if I would of want my check deposit I would of gone to the ATM. Need to pay attention becuase I told you twice when you asked again, cash and deposit!! Im stuck till Tuesday now with no gas and no money. Customer service was no help. Thank you Darlene, just ruined my weekend and my groceries shopping. This branch sucks! Never going back again!!

    Opened up my business accounts with them 2 weeks ago and Josiah Fernandez opened them up. I start getting letters in the mail that the checking account has been closed for missing information , the business credit cards have been declined for missing information etc Josiah left all the information out. ; Called the number on the letter hung up after 2 hours on. hold. Sent 4 emails to Josiah no response. Went to close my accounts and hey we can see you until next week said Matt Horton ( Branch Manager) I HATE Wells Fargo most incompetent and unprofessional staff every.

    When I walked in, no one bothered to greet me or tell me they would be right with me. I waited for 10 minutes till someone was done with their customer before I was asked if I needed help. Also there was a guy in an office sitting there playing on his phone that couldn't be bothered to get his lazy self up and help me. There was also a very bad smell in the place, they should rethink their air freshener. While I was there I was getting sick and needed some water and was told they had none. Very poor customer service here.

    1 teller on a Thursday. 7 people in line. This place has no idea what customer service is. I will be changing my account soon. Always disappointed when i deal with Wells Fargo.

    The bankers ask each other questions because they themselves aren’t sure. Even then they were misinformed. I had attempted to sign a check over to somebody who had an account with Wells Fargo and we were told all we would need to cash it was two forms of ID from me, his debit card and ID. Upon entering the store not only did our teller not know this process she told us only $400 would be available to take out. I was okay with that. And then after depositing the check into the account she informed us the check would not be available until Tuesday of next week. We had wanted to cash the check. I had gone to this branch and many other locations before and never had any issues. If I had known the teller who helped us was going to merely deposit the whole check I would have just cashed if myself and pay the $7.50 fee. Our tellers name was Deepali. I believe this particular teller needs to be informed on how to deal with checks in particular so it does not happen in the future.

    Very unprofessional. Standing around gossiping with coworkers like they don't see customers waiting to be helped. You can finish talking trash about customers after you've helped the ones in line.

    Was told (by this location and another so don't say it was the tellers fault, it's was your policy) that I didn't have enough funds in my account to use the inside teller! So you're in essence saying you're too broke for us to talk to.
