Best in the West!! I've been with them over 25 years and they are the least crooked of all of them!! Usually will reverse charges, the most fair bank around!

I love all my bank tellers at bank of the west they’re always helpful and apologize if I’ve had to wait even a few minutes

Completely unprofessional, I have problems with each and every branch I've been in, they charge 7.50 to cash a check that's drafted by their own bank and it doesn't matter how big or small the check is, it's 7.50 to cash it, every 10 checks is 75 dollars out of my pocket because I refuse to open an account with Bank of the West, it's pure discrimination and strong arm tactics and I've never been treated with such disregard and disrespect for my time, my privacy was completely invaded because the teller there named Beatriz had to for some reason verify my payroll check and she got on the phone and spoke as loudly as she could about my personal financial situation and information that was very private to me. I was kept inside the bank for over 30 minutes and was patronized and completely embarrassed by at least 4 of the staff members there including the branch manager who asked me to not come back to his branch ever again and 8 did nothing but try to cash a check that was from the Bank of the West via my company that I work for and I complained about the 7.50 charge, for that I've been 86ed from the branch at the mall, I would never bank there if I was you guys, so rude and disrespectful

Dont trust these snakes, they keep taking Money out of my account.
