I contacted Glenn at GTG Financial for help with using my VA loan benefit to purchase my first home. In our initial phone call, Glenn and his team did so much to put myself and my wife at ease, and assured us that buying a home in the Bay Area could and would happen for us. They gave us excellent advice, and also connected us with an amazing realtor. Erik at GTG was in constant contact with me on a nearly daily basis, and when we finally had our sixth offer accepted, was an excellent source of support going forward. Meg and Erik were extraordinarily helpful with drawing up financial scenarios tailored to our personal circumstances, so we knew exactly what we could afford. Closing went smoothly, communication was quick, and we never had a question go unanswered. I will be recommending GTG Financial at every opportunity!

I never write reviews, but with GTG Financial I had to make an exception! Their service was exemplary, going above and beyond my expectations to provide excellent customer service and loan products for my cash out refinance for my house in Windsor, CA. I intentionally started the process slowly and asked a million questions all along the way. At every turn, Glenn and his team were patient and excellent educators. They built models to help me understand my options and stepped in to help explain options/timelines to my ex-husband. I was grateful for their diplomacy and professionalism during a difficult time when communication had broken down between my ex and me. In addition, they got me a great rate on my new loan and provided a credit, which I really appreciated. Glenn and team answered my emails and texts (and a few calls) at all hours and provided solid advice. The entire team was a perfect mix of detail oriented, helpful, pleasant and funny. I felt like each of them had my back and my best interests at heart. They nudged me along the process without being annoying and jumped in to help when I got stuck or missed an email. Glenn and team were phenomenal - quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We were preparing to buy with them in the Bay Area but ended up being assigned to a cross-country military installation instead; Glenn personally connected us with a broker in our new area, and even did a secure file transfer of our pre-approval and other documents. I gained a lot of knowledge and information that I didn’t even call about and also felt like the person I was talking to (Glenn) cared about putting me in the right loan. He did not push to get me in a loan that was not good for the current market I was honest about it not being the right time to refinance. I never once felt like I was being given false information or like I was being told to do something I shouldn’t. Refinancing is a big deal I’m currently in a FHA loan and would like to drop PMI but it does not make sense at this point and instead of pushing he is watching the market and will let me know when it’s a good time to refinance. We purchased a new home and we were Elise's problem children. We had some challenges along the way and wound up having to switch loan programs. Elise is super-responsive, *exceptionally knowledgeable* and personable. By the end of the process she earned our complete trust. It was comforting and easy to have only one person as our broker/advisor vs. going to the big companies that market on the internet where you're passed from person to person like an appetizer plate.
