Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Long line, slow service. Friendly, but I watched them politely yet firmly turn someone away that wanted to open an account because he didn't have an appointment. My transaction went smoothly so that's why I give two stars. It took almost an hour though. If not for EDD I would not go here. Big banks are the worst. Credit Unions are the way to go. 👍

Never try to ask a question on the phone and expect a solution you just get transferred from here to there and back - the last time I tried to get a basic question answered I was transferred 5 times and waited a total of 2 hours and finally solved the problem myself. BofA needs to train it's people much much better!! Also their fees are obscene!! I've been with Chase for 40 years and have NEVER paid a fee.

This is very good place! Come here like to go back to home. The servicer looks like families. They try to help you solve your problem. And the doorkeeper is also very nice. I like them and this bank.

To come in and have other things to do....rhis is worst than a doctor's office. To see two tellers working and a line of people, I as a customer service oriented person fine this appallingly. Fortunately for you it's my Company that has an account here and not me.

WORST BANK EVER. Every time you go in expect to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes. You would think they would hire more people to accommodate for their needs but no. It's been this way forever.

There is only one branch that is open because of covid and the line is an hour wait and there's only two tellers inside, I don't understand why they wouldn't staff better knowing that there would be high demand. After waiting a full hour I was told that they could not issue me a new ATM card. Even though the online app told me to go to the local branch to get a new card they told me that was no longer correct. Everything about this bank is poorly run and customer service is nonexistent. Really disappointing experience

Waited for over 20 minutes just for them to tell me they could not squeeze me in over 2 hours before closing time for a temporary debit card, which takes under 10 minutes. I told them I needed it in order to travel the next day and still they turned me away.

Mr Fields, at this branch has been most helpful. On several occasions I have needed to fax loan docs and he has done so courteously and quickly. Once gave him an incorrect fax number but he found and verified the correct number saving me another trip

Never been a BofA fan, this branch in particular. When I had to use it because they bought my credit account company I never liked it and had to use this branch most often. Dated equipment, decor and never enough staff. No desire to walk in let alone let them use my money for the amount of fees they charge for what they provide.

Line out the door. 3 tellers and 40 people waiting in line. Wouldn't let me deposit cash into a friend's bank account because I didn't have my ID. They won't take cash without an ID, but they let me write a personal check to put into his bank account with no ID. Stupid policy. Pull your money out and go to Exchange bank!!!
