Bank of the West Conifer Rd, Conifer

The people are nice, but I have made numerous trips based on their website hours, only to find the drive through closed at random times. I can't understand why they would close the entire bank for lunch, knowing that's a busy time and not bothering to let your customers know. I did talk to the mgr at one point and he said "oh that's weird". Come on guys! We have patience for your staffing shortage, but help us out. I can't keep making special trips at random times hoping you'll be open.

All these people leaving negative reviews clearly don't understand what's going on at this bank. Since the pandemic BS, they've been seriously short staffed and doing the best they can - it's why they have longer service times, weird hours, and only drive-thru service right now. Every time I've needed anything, they are always wonderful about helping and I've gotten great customer service! But then, I am a patient and kind person who believes it doesn't cost you anything to just smile, because you never know what someone else is going through. When you understand that there are only 3 employees at this bank right now, you realize they're doing a fantastic job under a lot of stress!! Lighten up, people.

I am standing at the door looking at hours Sat 9-12, but no one is here. Again. No one likes to work anymore. I’ll find another bank. I can’t make the deposit online because of security features on check. Horrible hours and not even open then.

Dont use their drive thru. They will keep you there for 15 minutes at minimum to apply a payment to an installment loan. Cash is really hard for them.

I would never bank with this bank. Looking to open new accounts, but apparently they aren't interested. Very rude people

Never again will I use this bank there's a reason it's nick named "bank of the worst", they are very good at scamming people watch your account little charges just appear out of no where and they won't say a word about it, worst customer service in banking.......

Both banks in conifer and evergreen closed. Mobile banking not available. Other banks are open and functioning.I just ordered 250 checks. I want my money back!

This is the best banking exsperience I have ever received! I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Erin. She not only new the answer to every question I could come up with but she has also followed through on everything she has promised. Even after I have had my accounts open for a few months now if I have any questions that pop in my head or I think something is wrong I call her. She has always gotten back to me right away if she isn't the one who answers the phone. Bank of the west and Erin are amazing and I will never change banks. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love going inside to make a deposit cause I feel so welcome.

Nothing but problems with this bank. On hold customer support line at the moment for 47 minutes and still not connected!
