Bank of the West Us Hwy, Indian Wells

Bank of the West froze my debit card at the repair shop, cutting me off from my car until the bill was paid. I came to the branch today to resolve the matter, and was told to call the 800 number. I then sat for an hour on hold in their lobby while they either did other work or attended to other customers. I closed my account, and everyone in this branch should be ashamed of themselves.

Horrible... Did a job for a lady, went to this bank to cash the check because this is where the check was from and no where else would even cash it. Still at the bank of origin they charged me 9.50 to cash a 100$ check... All while trying to sell me on getting an account. Absolutly redicilous. My employer has an account at pacific Premier where I can go cash checks and get every penny. That's how it should be. Not like this greedy bank. Took half an hour to cash too. Crazy

I LOVE BANK OF THE WEST, ESPECIALLY THE REPRESENTATIVES THAT I SPEAK WITH THROUGH THERE 800 NUMBER . THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, THERE # 1 IN MY BOOK AS FAR AS DOING BUSINESS OR JUST REGULAR BANKING WITH. THE OLD ORIGINAL BANKS LIKE WELLS FARGO, BANK OF AMERICA, CHASE BANK AND CITI BANK ARE NOTHING LIKE THEY USE TO BE BACK IN THE DAY. ALL MY NEEDS ARE MET AND HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY, WITH RESPECT WITH MY BANK FACILITY., BANK OF THE WEST. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BRANCH OUT TO DESERT HOT SPRINGS CA, OR PALM SPRINGS CA WHERE IT WOULD BE MUCH CLOSER AND MUCH BETTER FOR ME. Very secure atm, must use your card to gain entry. Parking may be a problem depending on time due to the restaurant next door.

Please don't get a car loan with these guys!!!! They will NOT work with you at all.

totally tired of the ATM being out of order frequently and having to wait when inside the bank because there is only one person that can help with transactions! only one branch in the desert area and as we live far from the location it is really unacceptable!

I have had accounts with this branch for several years. The staff is efficient, helpful, efficient and friendly. I deeply appreciate having a banking relationship with Bank of the West, Indian Wells, CA branch.

In Kansas they had everything I could possibly want in the bank and drive-thrus they had four different branches open in Wichita Area alone. Out here they have very few branches even though this is where they originated from which makes them a bit difficult to use

Do not open a account because of a promotion They wont tell you all the stipulations going in and then they default you out of it I'm sure it's by design Kind of a bait and switch policy to get you in Plus they have so few braches it really is a pain if you ever need to go to a branch Just save your time and use a more popular bank
