It says its open i drive like cryse to get before they close on saturday at 12..i got there 11:40 and it was close.. I got so mad.. Some needs to fix the webpage. Not fair

This bank is a joke. Charge way to much to cash a check written from one of their own members. Was told the fee was $8 when I first handed the lady behind counter the check. When informed I wasnt wanting to open an account there it got raised to $10 to cash the check. Funny how other banks waive the fees when its written from one of their members!

Had a debit card with them, my card went over draft the first time I didn't know you can block it, so I paid the fees the first time and told them to not authorize any purchase if I dont have the balance for it. Same thing happen where my account went over draft and they still charge me the fees, so I dont know what kind of system they use, but they are stealing money from people straight up. I would never do business with them again. And the employees there are so rude, repeating themselves like we dont know what your saying, I know what you're saying, but I didnt remember you saying and explaining that to me when I sign up with you guys. NEVER EVER WOULD I USE THEM AGAIN!!

Been with bank of the West for 12 years.Not happy with the slow lobby service not opened Saturday. Facilities seem outdated.
