Bank of Texas Walnut Hl Ln, Dallas

As 20 year customers of Bank of Texas, we have always found the staff of various branches to be extremely helpful, professional, and caring. In a recent change of accounts caused by hacking, the complicated process was made easier by Adriana Munoz in the Walnut Hill branch. I highly recommend the bank.

I love this bank. First of all, i have never had a problem that was caused by them. Second of all, when I did once have a problem, and had to work closely with them over weeks to fix it, they were terrific. I felt like I had a personal banker, which is not something I ever felt before. I always get great service because I am probably the only person in Texas that gets out of the car and goes in to the bank to do my business. I am almost always the only customer. I wrote this two years ago. Nothing has changed. I have continued to have excellent service here.

Over many years, the service I have received from Bank of Texas has been excellent . I greatly appreciate them.

I switched from wells Fargo home mortgage because they would not refinance my home loan to a lower rate. I was able to lower my rate with Bank of Texas and I eventually payed off my home.I have never had any problems with this bank and have referred others.

I've been a Bank of Texas customer for over a decade. I was first attracted by the no fee checking account. Why should a bank charge you for checking? They're basically using your money and charging for the privilege. Not at Bank of Texas. And you're not required to keep a huge balance in your account. They provide top notch customer service and dog biscuits in the drive through so they get my dog's endorsement as well.

Very professional staff. Clean and safe location. I recommend the teller Ms. Adriana because she treated me on a good and professional way. She was patient and answered all of my questions on good manner. Thank you, very much, to all of them.

This is my most hated bank. My wife and I switched to bank of texas when we first moved there because they had the atm's inside QuikTrip. We were never properly notified about a "minumim balance fee" which they fine you if you fall below a certain amount in your account. Also, consistently bank of texas would allow any checks or withdrawals to clear (1-2am) long before they would let my direct deposit hit(4-5am), ensuring an overdraft fee.
