The seller/builder missed closing 4 times. Jeff and his team had us ready to close weeks before the seller was ready. I would find it extremely unlikely to find a better experience with the helpfulness, availability, and overall ease of the services provided. Jeff made the whole thing a breeze and even attended the closing process to congratulate us on our new home!

The first 2 attempts fell through for reasons unrelated to financing, but Bob never lost patience despite having to complete multiple sets of financing paperwork.
