    Arvest RUINED what could be my mom's last Christmas because she's in heart failure and goes in to find out if open heart surgery is possible on the 29th. Today, on Christmas Eve, Arvest drained my mom's bank account by paying themselves $601 because MY account was negative due to fraudulent activity. They have me recorded on the phone already agreeing to pay the balance as soon as they adjusted it correctly. She opened all her gifts but wasn't even the least bit excited or interested. We had nothing to eat for dinner, and we won't get to have our family's traditional Christmas breakfast. The money they stole was partially to cover all that, plus it was my Christmas gift. So Arvest stole my present. Thank you Arvest for taking away my last Christmas with my mother, making us starve, and taking away my last Christmas gift my mother will ever give me. And of course, there is no way to contact anyone until Monday. Now we have to go the entire weekend without even being able to buy food or put gas in our vehicle to go anywhere. The rest of my family all passed away during Christmas, so it's already hard enough on us, but this has just completely wiped my soul of the joy of Christmas and my passion for giving gifts. Christmas will no longer be celebrated in my home, all thanks to your greed.

    Been two weeks and still no debit card for new account. They just keep saying, it should be there in a day or two. I have just started using this bank, now I want to close my account and go back to my old bank that is 15 mins. away. I need my debit card. They didn't even give me temporary checks to get by. They don't give those. Every bank I've used gives those. I only have $75 in cash to use until I get my card if I ever do. I don't know what's going on. If I don't get my card by next Monday, I am closing my account, unless I have to have a card to do that. I don't know what to do. I'm mad!

    they steal money they have bad costumer service I prefer to go cash my check at Walmart if I could I would give arvest bank no stars they ate that bad

    The tellers are so nice at the bank in Sherwood. I have never had any problems I would highly recommend this bank to anybody over any other bank in the state of Arkansas

    If a customer at this bank writes you a check, and you take it to them to cash, they will require you to be finger printed to cash the check. Really? It's their customer who wrote the check. You've proven your identity with a picture i.d. and they still want your fingerprint? i'd never do business with Arvest.

    Arvest Bank is Trash! Zero stars. These folks can’t complete a wire transfer correctly. Absolutely terrible service.
