This is my second time using Bank of England for a mortgage and I won’t ever use anyone else! Derek and his crew are always in top of things and they stayed in touch with me the whole way through. He and crew are so great at anticipating what will be needed, they send lists of documents needed, and are always happy to help gather documents with you. I LOVE Derek and his crew!!!

This whole experience with Wes has been one of the most painless processes I have been through. Being my first time buying a home has made it that much better. He is very professional and always responds in a timely manner and answers all questions thoroughly. I hope to never move houses again but any type of real estate transactions in the future will go through Wes Phillips and Bank of England Mortgage.

Came to Google to place a review...cannot believe these folks do not have a review on Google. They must be word of mouth mostly. Anyhow, I am purchasing my 5th home and closing tomorrow and this HAS BEEN THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD OBTAINING A MORTGAGE. I am not saying getting to closing has been easy, but because of Derek Thornton and his team and their second-to-none attentiveness everything was accomplished smoothly. For ANY mortgage needs in the future, they will be the only bank I will use.
