Simmons Bank Crestwood Rd, North Little Rock

My family has been a member of Simmons Bank since 1967 and I joined it just a couple years ago. They always treated me pretty well and my family won't move to another bank. I see that they have grown so much since the 1960s and they are more like a major player and this region of the United States. Their headquarters are still in Pine Bluff Arkansas although they have taken up most of Little Rock.

The drive-thru is situated terribly. People wanting only to use the commercial lane will block the way for cars behind them. There will be two EMPTY lanes and and EMPTY ATM and no one can get to them because of the people using the commercial lane! And once you pull into the very slim one-car drive-thru around the back of the building, you are stuck. There is no moving backward or forward until those in front move, which, as we all know, at a bank it could be 30 minutes!

I always experience prompt and courteous service here. The staff is friendly and efficient. I read some of the reviews and just want remind everyone that during this COVID-19 pandemic nothing is moving as quickly or effortlessly as most things did just a year ago. There is an entirely new dynamic in place, and sometimes it seems to move a a snail’s pace!

Long wait time only one person at teller area I would not suggest this bank to anyone in a rush or with a busy schedule at all.

My family has banked here for years. They are always very professional. Darryl is the man to see.

Refused my cash payment at 4:59pm! My maps directions said they closed at 6pm. But apparently they had not updated. There was another customer whose transaction was being processed. But I was refused! The male teller argued that I was there at 5:01pm. The manager Kristy than came to the window and argued another 5 minutes, saying they looked out the window and didn’t see a car at 4:59. This is what customer service has come too! I used the Cabot Branch previously and they have excellent service!!! Cabot Branch once stayed 30 minutes past closing to complete a transaction in the drive thru. This branch needs to close if they can’t treat customers better. They just said to drop my cash payment in night box. Is this safe!? No envelopes!? I didn’t care that it wasn’t processed that day, I just didn’t want to drive back tomorrow 40 minutes. What happened to good customer service and understanding. Don’t use this bank location.

This is a great bank and customer service is amazing! I’ve been going there about 4 years now and never had a bad experience. Yeah parking lot is small but it’s a smaller bank it’s not supposed to handle a lot of people at once. -Thank you

I love the bank but hate they have started closing early.. I don’t get off till 4:30 and I can’t even get any money out! STUPID THEY CLOSE AT 4!!!

Worst customer service, don't ever come to this location. The old lady there, my gosh 🤦🏼‍♀️ can’t have your own money 😡😡😡

They gave me a good service last time I was here.
