Bank of Colorado Edison Ave, Colorado Springs

Kindness and willing to help is something I dont take lightly and I dont see all the time. So when people go out of their way to help I appreciate it. Shout out to Angelina at Edison branch who went all out to help me and my husband today, I appreciate your kindness and willingness to help and for going out of your way to call our other branch for us. We appreciate you and all your help.

Have been with this bank for 7 years and had nothing but issues. Tried to get PoA notarized for my nanny to care for my children and was told no, because she was not ALSO a member at the bank. Last straw. Ashley, thank you for your not help, Well's Fargo down the road was able to do what you could not.

I've been dealing with some pretty massive identity theft/fraud recently but my branch has been absolutely amazing. I've been receiving constant updates and supporting documents to give to the police working on my case. Times are already hard and stressful enough so a huge thank you to DeLeon Dupree, Bank Operations Manager, and everyone else at Bank of Colorado for making sure my hard-earned money is protected and for helping to ease a bit of the stress!

I would give this company negative 5 stars! Do not go here for home/ land loans they have terrible customer service and are just a rip-off bank.

Horrendous customer service and uninformed staff. Not a place I would want to do business. If there was a no star option thats what would have been selected.

During an extremely stressful time, I was forced to change bank accounts and create a brand new account at this branch. Briana Mancuso went above and beyond to help me with the entire process. She made sure I had no questions and took care of every issue I had, even when I had to call back later with a new problem for her to solve. She is an incredible employee and any manager/payroll/give-her-a-raise type people should highly consider increasing this wonderful woman's pay!

I have been so impressed with my Edison, Colorado Springs branch! Their friendly and great customer service for our business account prompted me to open a personal account with them as well. I have never had any issues and their team's professionalism is beyond reproach. I love my bank!

A professional business should open earlier than 9; with thier full services. Customer service is horrible at all locations so you don't even want to wait for them to open.

Tellers have been friendly and helpfull. I have had good experiences and no problems.

Stopped by at 9:15 and they were still closed. Hours posted say they open at 9am. Very unprofessional.
