    This bank is absolutely terrible I tried to cash a check that come from another well known bank and the teller told me it couldn't be cashed but would have to be deposited. She explained the funds would be available the next day but an hour after leaving the bank I receive an email saying the check was on hold for 10 days. Nobody will explain to me why this check is being held especially since it came from another bank. I'm gonna assume because it was a few thousand dollars and the bank needed it so they could make money off it. Its been 5 days and still haven't released the funds, I spoke to the branch manager at this location but instead of providing good customer service and trying to help he just forwarded me to the 1800 customer service number. When my funds do finally hit my bank I will be closing my account. Doesn't feel to great to have a couple thousand dollars that is supposed to go into your account and no one will tell you where your money is!!!

    They NEVER pick their phone up. Called like 5 separate times.

    Apparently "costumer is our # 1 priority" is only words and has nothing to do with how they treat their customers at this location! They keep closing their drive-thru creating long lines in the lobby. Keep cutting their hours...

    I routinely go to this location to get checks cashed . I don't have an account there, so I know there will be an added fee because of this. I never had any problems until lately. Now I have to get my checks approved for cashing by some guy , before I can go to a teller to get it cashed. This can take between 5 and 20 mins and then you can get in the line for the teller. When I asked about this I was told it was company policy. That's strange because none of the other BofAs I have been to do this. To recap ....6 dollar fee for check .... possible 20 min wait time... feeling of be lied to....... Oops almost forgot this part "would you like to open an account with us today" ?

    One of my employees used the atm machine outside, his card hot stuck or locked? But because it is a payroll card and not an actual account with them they refused to help him. Would not even help him retrieve his card, told him to go talk to his manager to get another card issued to him which can take several days.

    Not a customer, nor will I be and thank God I no longer have a sizeable investment in this bank. You must be a ‘virtual’ only bank because your customers are never allowed in without an appointment. ALL other banks will let you in and wait for the next available, especially if you’re willing, but BOA rudely says NO…make an appointment…and sends you out the door. WTH?!? Where is customer service these days and what makes you any better…which you’re definitely not…than ANY other bank that would be GLAD to have our business ANYTIME I NEED TO BE THERE?!? Shameful, weak, rude and useless!!!

    I moved here from out of state, a small town. They definitely made me feel at home, helped me get checked in as soon as I walk in and was greeted. Once the new account teller was available to help, she was very attentive, welcomed me and my family to SC, and helped me with my banking needs. I really liked my experience and will be using them for all banking! Good people!

    I don’t have any problems but 1 . If u have a bank account there they charge u $8-10 for a cashiers check. I could understand maybe if u didn’t have 1 there but not if u have 1. Why is this? They don’t charge that much for personal checks.

    They have always honored my stock checks but today because my bank of America payroll card didn't have my name on it they would not honor the bank of America stock check. Terrible business practice. Would not bank with them if they were the only bank left.

    BANK OF AMERICA CUSTOMERS BEWARE! A complete stranger walked into the BoA branch and emptied my bank account of a big chunk of change recently. The bank teller just handed it right over. Fake checks scams often entail using an out of state business check with a value between $1200 - $2000. Bank tellers should know this. This person deposited two of them into my account and withdrew $3000. Both checks were from small businesses in New York City. I feel like this might have been a red flag. What's even scarier is Bank of America's appalling lack of the use of ArtificiaI Intelligence and Machine Learning. A simple AI rule could have thrown up about 20 red flags. Let's see, I never go into banks. Ever. I never go to banks in Spartanburg, SC. I live in a completely different part of the country. I never deposit checks in person. It's always through the mobile app. I never withdraw cash in large amounts. I have no reason to be in SC, depositing checks from NYC. Let me reiterate. If you bank with Bank of America, this could happen to you. They lack modern AI security controls and do not properly train their tellers.
