My experience at Carolina foothills Federal credit was very easy and uncomplicated which is great. The representative Mrs Thomas was very informative through out every step of setting up my account and was more then willing to answer all my questions and even simplified the seemingly complex things that had me confused. The whole situation from walking in the front door and being greeted with a smile and hello how can we help you all the way to the leaving and hearing have a great day was comforting , I only wish all businesses ran the way they do. I look forward to handling my future business there because I believe things won't change their good people and it's just natural for them. Taylor was excellent and so sweet in getting my account open. She was very knowledgeable about all that the Carolina foothills has to offer and she even made me decide after talking with her to leave Wells Fargo and transfer my checking and savings to Carolina Foothills the begining of the new year. I came in today to open a savings account for my daughter and each Teller I came in contact with was extremely pleasant.
