I went through and I found the staff so helpful although the bank was little busy, and when I dealt with Vanilsa I was so impressed with her knowledge and assistance. This is the meaning of care and professionalism. Thanks Vanilsa and Bank of America
Excellent! Thanks for sharing your experience and positive feedback about Bank of America. We value having you as a client.^alex

This branch had the worst customer service ever before. However I went there about 2weeks ago, I noticed changes, maybe new agents working there. I wish I can rate more stars than just 5 to the agent named Haytham. Beyond expectations, He was very professional, kind and helpful. Somebody needs to give him a raise, because of him I decided to stay with Bank of America and close my other chase bank account. So thankful for the amazing customer service experience that I had 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

When I walked in several people kindly greeted me. But the moment I made it to the teller and asked to deposit money into my friends account she was unhelpful and short with me. This really sums up BOA nice appearance but horrible customer service. She told me that even though I had my friend's full name, address, date of birth, and phone number that she could not deposit the money because he wasn't there. Well genius if he was there I wouldn't need to deposit the money for him, he lives out of state hence why I was there. As for not being able to look up his account I work at a Credit Union and we can look people up by name or phone number so I find hilarious that a "too big to fail" bank has a system less advanced than ours. The fees are too high and the service is awful. My advice? Put your money in a Credit Union, and there are TONS of choices in FL, and you will be amazed at the difference. Most people think that bad service and high fees are just part of the banking experience but they don't have to be.

Carlos Melendez seemed to have all the time in the world when interacting with the only customer in front of me and had a look on his face that he’d rather be anywhere than here. There was a dark haired woman named Soria that literally greeted every person except me and noticed I was waiting on line for the one teller that was on duty for over 20 minutes (I was the only person in line) and purposefully didn’t engage with me so she wouldn’t have to help me although she was sitting at her desk and then stood by the front door staring off into space because she had nothing to do. Eventually she went to a different computer and pretended to be busy with no customers with her. I can in to simply cash a check and was turned away because I have a bank account with another bank. This is only Bank of America I’ve been to where I’ve been neglected and treated poorly. I’m more taken back by it because of the area we’re in. I will not be coming back again.

This is the only bank location that requires you to show id to deposit company cash deposit smh. Some staff ask for id and some don't. One day I forgot my id and I had to return to work and go back just to deposit a hundred dollars. I have a personal account with them and I never have to show id when I'm at my local Bank of America by my house. This location has some shady made up policy's that's why my job closed there bank account with bank of america and opened one with another bank that has better staff and policies.

THE WORTS CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are really rude and unpolite, I went with my husband to open an account. We wait for two hours, they just talk to the people that were already clients. And they were speaking between them in Spanish and Portugues, saying that they don't want to open and account for us. My husband is Brazilian and my first language is Spanish. NEVERE GO THERE. THEY DO A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The worse customer service ever not to mention they never have enough staff. The older guy never speaks at the drive thru and his manager is ok with it because she's rude herself. I've never waited 15 minutes to get a receipt from a deposit in my life not to mention there was no one else in line with me. Horrible. I will not be going back to this location. You would think after all of the horrible reviews they would make some changes in this location.

They micro manager the bank policy's here one day you need a ID to make a cash deposit then they next you don't or they just make up rules. Stuff need more training.
