Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) E State Rd, Winter Springs

I love this location, they have a great costumer service, they are really fast and helped you until the end with a smile! I always go to Jessica and Saybelle because they are Bilingual and they are so humble, nice and professional a recommended 100%

Bad costumer's service ATM down and no account for Rong doing

This is by far the worst BOA I ever go to. I avoid it at all costs but sadly it is directly across the street from my house. Always understaffed and always just the rudest people working behind the counter. Managers just sit and watch this lady struggle, they watch a lone go out the door, but don’t lift a finger to help. You go to other branches and the manager comes up to people in the lone sees of there is a way to make it faster for them or something they can do to help. I’m standing here in line with 6 other people and looking at the manager sitting at her desk playing on her phone.

this bank was so so amazing! the management in this branch is so amazing! Mrs. Rios was the most helpful person i have encountered at a bank so far! she took the time to assist me and with an outstanding personality! she was so amazing! thank you very much!! highly recommend this branch!

They do what banks are supposed to which is why I gave them 2 stars. However, I'm usually treated indifferently and can tell that the one bank teller they seem to have is incredibly overworked. This branch is far too busy on a Friday afternoon to only have 2 or 3 people working, with 2 on the drive through services and only one in the front. If you are in a hurry, I would recommend going to a different branch.

Absolutely love this location. The service is always excellent and the staff always goes above and beyond their duties.

WORST BOA IN SEMINOLE COUNTY. THIS BANKING INSTITUTION REALLY ISN'T A "PEOPLE FRIENDLY" COMPANY. IT'S A "BUSINESS FRIENDLY" COMPANY AND OF YOU'RE NOT DOING BIG BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY COULD REALLY CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL BANKING NEEDS. DO YOU HOMEWORK. BOA IS HORRIBLE;

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I had to leave one just to kinda balance the scales as they say. I have been using this branch for about a year and a half now and have never had any issues. They are quick, efficient, and I can tell that they care about and enjoy their jobs. Ana Rios, the manager of the branch, is often seen helping other associates when it gets busy. the personal banker has sat down with me multiple times helping me figure out issues I was having with my account and answering any questions I had about their various services. I would never want to use another bank, or a different branch.

Walking in the bank I was stereotyped, I was greeted and asked what can I help you with and said "I'm fine". Lady repeats "excuse me what can I help you with"....again saying "nothing we are all together". Get to the teller and told because of the amount of the check I had to get it verified, when I have been cashing the same checks for a years now. Then after they do the verification still give a hard time... says it's for protection but never had an issue. Something that should of been 5-10 mins. Each bank is different is what they say, but isn't Bank of America to follow the same procedures at all location. The attitude is not only horrible but not how I will like to start my morning with a business. I have had some bad banking experience before with just under staff, but this had to be the worst.

I wish I caught the young woman's name who helped me. She was working both the teller window and the teller station. Either way she was very polite and helpful. She even gave further instructions how to pay bills from my banking app. Maybe management changed or I caught them on a good day. Great experience.
