    6 windows available only 2 tellers ever in there. The one lady literally told me she was going to walk out while I was at the window. Would love for the branch manager or the person over Aziz to contact me DIRECTLY, this branch is a failure & employees are beyond rude

    -10 stars if I could!!!the absolute worst bank and branch ever. the people here are clowns that want nothing to do with helping you. this WOKE bank needs to close for good and save the retail the trip. i hope everyone at this branch is put out of work and starves. they don't deserve to have a job in retail.

    I’ve been going here about eight years now and I’ve realize that the people that have been there for a very long time are very helpful understanding and there for you but the new in and out managers and new workers do not treat you with respect especially when you tell them something that you know for a fact about their job because other people have told you this makes them angry and very unhelpful just to have them find out that I was correct they turn around and apologize or not apologize at all And just look at me like whatever so this place is about 50-50 to me I like the tellers that have been there for years They are always kind helpful and very polite and I appreciate that especially when dealing with other people that won’t listen to me and make my day stressful when I’m just trying to cash my check and I’ve been with this bank for years.

    Just awful, every time. On my last visit, the manager (I found out later) insulted me and told me to stop being judgmental when I complained that no inside windows were open-none- DURING LUNCH no less, for 10-15 minutes as 3 employees were dealing with one customer at the drive thru window. The line went out the door into the parking lot. Every time I go there it just sucks. Wish I had other options

    I’ve been banking with Bank of America and been a customer for over 13 year’s however this location is terrible with customer service definitely always short staffed no drive through it’s very inconvenient having to wait in these long lines for service poor satisfaction unbelievable.

    Megan Matthees…. Relationship officer… She helped beyond what I asked! Her expertise, knowledge, and professionalism helped my daughter with a level of protection for her accounts that also allows flexibility for her use. For legal and my daughter’s personal reasons, I can not go much more into the financial service she introduced us to, but I can say Megan was more than great help. I wish more businesses understood customer service as well as Megan.

    I have been very satisfied with this bank. They are always extremely pleasant and helpful. I rarely go inside anymore as I have been using the app and outside atm mostly. They are busier and sometimes have a line but that is because all the other locations are closing. I’m thankful that this one is still open. For that I will gladly wait an extra 5 minutes verses traveling God knows where in the horrendous traffic. As long as this location is open I’ll be a customer. If it closes I may consider finding some other financial institution. I do wish they were still open until 6:00 but that is not a deciding factor.

    I have been with bank of America for a couple years now. They have been good to me. This branch/location is very good as well. Their hours are fine. I do wish they were open longer on Saturday. It's awesome the ATM has the option to deposit. I use the BoA App and ATM mostly. I never really have to go inside unless I have a question.

    Not helpful and they always take absolutely forever. It is never a 5 minute pit stop. This is always an hour long event. Even if you try to go through their one open land drive through 🤷🏼‍♀️. The tellers that work here are not very nice either. Honestly the last time I was here was such a horrid experience looking at switching banks and heading to ACU

    Wouldn't give more than $20 in quarters. They charge $10 a month in a checking fee alone. All other local branches give more out to their customers.
