They refuse to answer their phone. I’ve called 4 times and no one will answer. What’s the point of having a phone if you’re not going to use it. This is an ongoing issue with this location, I’ve called multiple times in the last month and they never answer the phone.

I don’t understand why they only have one teller and the drive thru is never open every time I come to make a deposit. If it weren’t for the fact that the company I work for banks here, I would never set foot in this place.

Super rude and nasty people working for this place . We try to use the atm to make a deposit and for some reason the ATM said the transaction was not completed and returned the cash back minus $160 dlls. We went inside to complain about the error from the atm and Elena the person they have walking around with a tablet was super rude and useless. We asked questions and all she keeps doing is interrupting us and and saying that we have to call the number in the card . We try to deposit the cash inside and they try to charge us for that. They said that if we want it to deposit for free to use the ATM. The same atm that took 160 dlls. This was our last day with bank of America. We will close our accounts and move to a local credit union. They won't even speak to us or at least offer an apology for the atm taking 160 dlls . BE AWARE OF THE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND HOW LITTLE THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

Ask for Mercedes! She was very helpful and even let me sit on her phone and talk to an amazon rep for an hour just to make sure I go to the bottom of my issue. Their tellers are very attentive. Thank you guys so much!

Staff very unknowldgeable and very slow. How can they have only one teller for all the customer specially on this time. Totally ridiculous a wait time of more than 45 mins for a withdrawal

Horrible customer service came in for a bank statement and waiting 40 min. After their closing time of 4 pm. Grateful this isn't my bank sad for my relative that banks here. I would not recommend rather deal with credit unions.

Can't even give them one star! If you have an extra 2+ hours to waste then this is your branch. Upon entering the branch I had to hunt down an employee other than a teller,because the teller line was 12 deep. The branch mgr Teresa Kelly took my id and asked me to take a seat. After waiting for close to 1hr 45 min. the relationship specialist approached me to notify me I would be waiting longer because her appt. had arrived, she then proceeded to help the customer and sit and laugh as if there wasn't anybody else in the lobby waiting to be helped. She physically walked the customer out and was gone for approximately 8 min. I then asked the branch mgr if they were extremely short handed which she replied "Yes, but if you'd like to make an appt...!" To which I replied "No, I've already waited long enough,I'll continue." I was finally called by Elena, she was not apologetic and in fact condescending in her tone notifying me that most customers make appts......Well say that from the beginning!! They were still unable to help me as the 1 800 customer service doesn't know how to guide their customers either.. I don't bank with BofA and clearly NEVER will!! I've worked in the customer service industry for many many years and can honestly tell you they need a great amount of training when dealing and keeping customers in this very competitive area.

If I had the time I would write everything that has happened to me and my family because of this bank and their employees, but one, it’s not worth my time and energy anymore and two, it’s hopeless. I am immediately switching banks as soon as these issues clear up. Don’t bank with these guys they are worthless when it comes to “customer service”! You don’t get answers you just get screwed! I was literally told by the bank manager at this location (Sunland) that she was giving me answers but they weren’t the ones I wanted to hear!!!! Unbelievable! Any time you try to talk to their 1800 numbers you get a different answer every single time! STAY AWAY FROM THESE POPULAR BIG BANKS GO TO SMALLER BANKS IT MAY NOT BE AS “CONVENIENT BUT IT SURE HELL BEATS ALL THE STRESS AND ANXIETY THESE GUYS PROVOKE! And Vitty Villalobos the same thing happened to us! They are robbing people!

This is the worst by far worst bank to come for a simple New atm card. Waited over 1 hour 30 Mins and nobody was online but one person on the desk. Ridiculous I don’t recommend this bank to anyone. Don’t waste time here!!!!!!
