Decided to give these guys a second chance due a to poor experience in the past. Today there were 5 employees working and only one teller. The teller was already busy with a person and I was next in line when I walked in. I came in at 9:55 and left at 10:10 and got nothing done. The client was chatting up the teller for 7 minutes! When he finally left and the window was finally cleared I walked up to the teller told me to wait until I was called. So from 10:02-10:10 she was busy with her computer doing whatever odds and ends she needed to finish. No sense of urgency. No apology. No acknowledgement from the other staff saying sorry for the wait or anything. I didn't make a scene or anything and I believe I was being more than accommodating with my patience and lack of retort. I saw employees come and go to her booth looking at her computer and whispering in her ear and casting furtive glances at me and the customers in the ever growing line. All the employees were communicating well with each other-calling out requests and doing normal banking business talk WITH EACH OTHER, so I know they have an ability to communicate. However their attitude towards their customers and lack of urgency, acknowledgement, and communication with customers is disgustingly obvious. No one looked swamped. The place didn't look busy. They should learn how to cover for each other and help out if they can when a certain part of their banking team needs help. Like the one manager boss lady should've come off her pedestal to get two teller positions opened to help a growing customer line, then go back to hiding in her office when the dust settled. Oh well it seems like they don't care, and judging by the lack of response to the many one star reviews they've been getting it doesn't seem like they care about changing. This may be an entry level training bank location of some sort or maybe it's "every man for himself" since all the employees think they do no wrong and are just making sure they are the "perfect drivers for their role" but the lack of teamwork here is horrible. Maybe this is bank of America's new employee model where day to day banking is scrapped and they are after the "bigger fish" that makes them more money-- like catering to people with bofa mortgages and the like. Who knows. I shudder to think what would happen if I were stuck between two cars at the drive up teller with no escape. Basically don't come here if you value your sanity and time. I just wasted my life here and I'll never get that time back.

Went in to make a payment on my mothers' credit card and was met with an unprofessional teller. I told her to process it and give me a receipt. Then I guess it was the branch manager came out and got involved with both feet. Telling me that they are phasing out payments made inside. No one else was in the building but employees... I would not even give them 1 star.Bank of America is starting to be the most Unprofessional bank I have ever dealt with... 2 locations now are not worth banking at. Saratoga Shopping Center & Bank Of America on Lorton Rd. Any other branch I never have a problem with besides these 2 listed.

Ok Bank butt over the years they keep cutting back the hours of operation and cutting out more tellers so sometimes there's a very long wait just to make a transaction. I now have to take off time from work just to go there during the day for service when they used to be open until 7pm was much easier to do business . Now these people close the drive thru at 3 p.m. and lobby at 4 p.m. they don't even have Saturday drive-thru hours anymore . Seems like a failing Bank who doesn't care about their customers anymore only being open for the least amount of time as possible and making all their customers come when convenient for the bank and everyone has to line up and wait forever to be served . Anytime I make a comment about it they tell me I can use the ATM or online banking. No thanks I prefer dealing with a real person and getting a real receipt. Been doing business at this Bank since before anyone who works there ever started. We have lived in the neighborhood for 40 years now I have to drive across town just to get to a bank that appreciates my patronage

Morning May 25th 2016. Worst customer service banking experience ever. Empty bank. First one person-teller was approaching saying I will be served in 10min. 10min after second teller did the same thing adding another 10 min. Finally 20 min after, last person came saying she has appointment and how I'll be next right after. Rest of the bank still empty. Not the first time this kind of experience for this location. But for sure the last time!!!

Terrible place. 2 experiences denied check cashing from minor issues one they couldn’t read the “h” in thousand. I went to another Bank of America and had no issues. Will be urging my employer to get capital and I never had issues with them. I’m tired of the run around with Bank of America. I think they are racist, or just incompetent and inconsiderate or both. Looking forward to never doing with Bank of America again.

Their atm is NEVER working. How is this supposed to be a bank but i can’t conveniently deposit and withdrawal money? On average, every 10 times i come visit, its closed 6-7 times. Then i have to drive out of the way to another branch and my precious time is wasted. Ridiculous.

Is there a way to give negative stars, because I would love to do just that!!! I've lived in the area for years and it was always convenient to bank at this location. The customer service use to be great but over the years have gone from bad to worse. Just left this branch after witnessing a teller speaking inappropriately to a customer, teller's facial expression was SO unnecessary. I left and drove to another branch further away because I just wasn't in the mood for foolishness today. SO surprised that BofA hasn't done something about the workers at that location. Had the total opposite experience at the branch located right outside of Springfield Towne Center. Always professional......

I find it so strange there are so many negative reviews. I've been to this bank several times and always receive great customer service. I am in and out quickly and the staff are tentative. I hope other customers start receiving the same experience I have.

Worst customer service. They always refuse to cash my checks, but i never have any other problems at other branches. The tellers are rude, especially the lady in the headscarf. i get better customer service at an ATM that’s out of order, at least it doesn’t give me a dirty attitude.
