Canceled my account on December 4th, 2021 without any notice. I only found out when I tried to access their app and was told my account is suspended. So I called on Monday the 6th to be told that it's pending being canceled and once it goes through in 3 days they will send me my money. I asked why wasn't i informed by mail or a phone call that they were closing my account and the person said that I'll be receiving a letter in the mail stating that my account is closed down. Fast word 3 days I called again to make sure my account was closed down and they said yes and my money will be there in 10 business days. Well it's now 1/31/2022 and I called again just to find out that my account isn't closed but still pending and I can't get my money until it's closed.

The banks smarmy responses to everyone show their lack of real concern, IF i wanted to bank on line I would, if I want to go to a brick and mortar store during normal hours I should be able to.

Bad Service. Employees saw us through the doors/windows and still did not open the doors. If they aren’t handling appointments they should at least post that on their doors.

Being in the Frandor center this branch is always busy, I understand that and can be patient. Typically there is one teller working with a line full of people. This teller, is always kind and helpful however she is by herself always ... it’s not fair to her and to clients. Today I came in to form a claim about fraudulent charges, and the branch manager only a few feet away said she was at lunch and to call the number on the back or make an appointment ...with a line of 5+ people.... this is not the first time I’ve seen her step away with a line ....this branch is incredibly understaffed and honestly with my other bank accounts at other banks, I’ve never been told to make an appointment ... especially with fraudulent charges maxing out my credit card .... I think that’s pretty serious. I understand I’m not the only one with bank needs and problems , we all have things going on however this branch is going to lose clients if their customer service doesn’t get better.

Slowest bank of all time! Galactically slow, sloth slow. They need to move faster or develop a faster system. They are nice and polite but the slowest bank I have ever been to by far. It's almost comedic. Please have someone from national teach you how to be faster. And Google says people are usually here 15 minutes. That is 100% inaccurate. I have never been there less than 40 minutes; usually 1.2-1.75 hours. Slowest place ever!

Told me I would have to pay $150 and go in person (across the state to a location that has been 'temporarily closed' for a year) to open a deceased relatives safety deposit box. Went to another bank location because I thought this was absurd, and learned this is not true at all, they are going to mail the contents to me for free...

Very slow service. 15+ minutes wait in the drive thru with only one car in front of me. Only one teller at any one time -poor service

Drive thru closed due to "the construction" but there is no construction anywhere and the real reason is that there is only 1 teller working and a line of a dozen people. If you're concerned about being needlessly exposed to covid or anything else, avoid this branch like the plague. They don't care.

    Response from the owner

Hi Kleinone. We value your business and are sorry that you were disappointed. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team and would like to know more. I wish I could give them a zero! The manager is an unprofessional smart aleck and they try to charge $8 in fees to cash a check issued by their bank after a 50 minute wait in their line. It would be like McDonald's charging you $8 on a $50 McDonald's Gift Card. Bad business. Greedy business! Horrible service. Slow and rude too! I am urging everyone I know to bank at credit unions.

Wait time is at least 20 min to an hour. I have seen people clean out their cars, start waxing them and I personally have ordered lunch from Olgas and had it delivered to me in the bank que.
