Janice and the team at Dart bank were wonderful to work with. Any question we had were answered timely and succinctly. Janice made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way and was aways accessible. Our remortgaging with Dart bank was much smoother than getting our original mortgage, and Janice was a big part of that! She was/is a wonderful guide through the mortgage process.

This was not our first mortgage experience and we can say that the Dart mortgage team is absolutely outstanding. Their promptness and responsiveness during the collection and review of documents was extremely quick and underwriting went through without a problem. As a result of their attentiveness, we went from mortgage application to closing in just 30 days!

I was referred to Aron Clark by a realtor for a possible mortgage being self-employed. I've been through 10 closings before and I am aware that being self-employed now is a different situation because lenders look at bottom line income after business deductions instead of gross earnings. I explained my financial situation and credit scores to him and he was confident I would get qualified. He even bragged that he just got a farmer qualified who has a ton of deductions and told me to go ahead and start looking at houses. Even his assistant, Keagan, said the same thing and she told me I could look at financing up to $165,000, so I applied to get started. A week later Ryan said his underwriters didn't qualify me because of the "income on my tax returns was lower than on my application". That's because of mileage deductions I am allowed to take, a paper deduction and Ryan knew that! They don't look at Gross Income for the self-employed, they look at Net Income after business deductions, and that was my whole concern and discussion before applying! Ryan made it sound like deductions would be ignored. Meanwhile, my credit score tanked around 100 points for 6 months because of the application he encouraged me to complete. So what does this say about Aron Clark? 1) His actions are unethical. 2) He doesn't know what he's talking about. 3) He SHOULD know how his underwriting department qualifies or rejects applicants in ANY situation. Or is he really that clueless? 4) He shouldn't encourage people to apply knowing they're not going to qualify. 5) It's obvious he gets a bonus for every application he submits when he (should) knows applicants are not going to get qualified. I will never do business with Dart Bank ever again and will only discourage others from it.

Amy is amazing to work with! She is on top of all the factors involved, knowledgeable and is great at explaining all your options. Amy makes you feel like your her top priority, a friend and is so kind during the whole process and even after! Highly recommend Amy for all your loan needs! ❤️

Will is an amazing Loan Officer, he has been the best in such a long time!! He takes the time, and treats you like a person instead of a number, thats makes such a difference when purchasing a home.
