Waited 45 min for the one single notary in the bank, and ended up having to leave because she couldn’t help us in time for our appointment.

Worst service ever since the pandemic. They only have drive-thru for COMMERCIAL clients only. The ATM doesn't give you the ability to get the denominations in the bills you need. I emailed several times with no results. I have pain issues and had to drive to the Winter Haven BOA. I spent the next few days between using my neck brace & heating pad (and yes, I did tell them about pain issues... but they don't CARE). I am checking out local banks and will be switching soon. I don't know how long I've been with them, but I'd guess 20 years or so.

Very poor customer service, personnel in the bank ain't doing nothing but yet you gotta make an appointment for something that is already pre- authorized.

Enjoyed a lot the service from Diane and Mickey. We went there to open an account for my son and they were awsome. Since we got in that we were well taken care of, we waited for 10 minutes to be assisted and after that the explanations were clear and fast. Great care for the customer satisfaction. Great option...

I wish I could give this branch zero stars. This branch is a joke. My wife and I have been in several times trying to set up accounts, merge accounts and once to open a HSA account. My wife is from Brazil, so sometimes people hear her accent and try to take advantage of her. When she inquired about opening a HSA account, she was told BOA doesn't offer that (lie). This individual then spent an hour trying to convince her to open a regular savings account. The BOA policy is that you have to open that type of account (HSA) online. She should have been told that from the beginning. Either the associate or manager didn't know BOA policy, or they were just trying to get another account opened; either is unacceptable. The personal service level of BOA as a whole has fallen dramatically, along with the number of branches/ATMs available. Their online and app must be all that's keeping them afloat. I'm about ready to switch to MidFlorida myself.

My story starts with going to my local branch looking to set up a trust account. The lady on staff did not know how but was willing to try. She did not know answers to basic questions and had to look them up. This made me feel uneasy. Anyone that knows a trust must be setup properly or it is invalid or you could have serious issues later. There trust account person was out so I made an appointment. I did receive a call that there trust person would not be available until Friday. I made another appointment for the following Tuesday. Upon arriving I was told now it would be two more weeks and would have to be represented by the same lady that knows nothing. I was upset and asked to speak with the manager. When I spoke with the assistant manager I was stern and direct but not rude or profound. The assistant manager got angry with me so I tried to be more respectful and was apologizing with "I am Sorry Sir for being upset". His comment was calling him Sir was not going to make any difference. After a while he calmed down and referred me to another branch 30 min away. My point is I made 3 attempts to open this account. Any client or protentional client should have been called about the qualified agent not being available. I was treated rudely by the representing manager and now glad that I did not use there services. Good news I did find a local Trust Bank with a friendly knowledgeable staff that were great! I would stay away from Bank Of America. They are just too big to care!!!!!!

Not open even though it says they are online AND on their front door. They have a sign that says drive thru open in front of the door but there is no sign of life inside that building. This is a constant complaint. DO NOT USE THIS BANK - you will set yourself up for disappointment and frustration if you do.

They make appointments over the phone and when you reach the Branch is closed. Needs to be more responsible and have commitment. If you can afford customer needs; just go out of bussiness completely.

We just started dealing with Bank of America about one year ago and their customer service was over the top fantastic! Our previous experience at Citizens Bank was a nightmare and found this company to be a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this place to any other Canadian Snowbirds setting up a winter place in Lake Wales.

Great staff and customer service. With drive thru closed, it makes the wait inside a little longer but they do a pretty good job getting people in and out as quick as possible.
